E nem sequer \u00e9 preciso viajar at\u00e9 ao Levante para fazer um <strong>guisado de ervilhas liban\u00eas<\/strong>, porque pode obter todos os ingredientes no supermercado mais pequeno da esquina. E o guisado est\u00e1 quente e delicioso na mesa num instante &#8211; \u00e9 uma promessa \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deliciosos-guisados-apenas-na-estacao-fria\">Deliciosos guisados apenas na esta\u00e7\u00e3o fria?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mim, os guisados podem ser servidos durante todo o ano. N\u00e3o me afasto de cozinhar uma cozinha caseira deliciosa mesmo no Ver\u00e3o, quando as temperaturas s\u00e3o quentes. Porqu\u00ea guardar o bom material apenas para o Outono e o Inverno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Levante, os guisados s\u00e3o normalmente servidos com <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/arroz-com-manteiga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arroz com manteiga<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bulgur-com-manteiga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">O bulgur<\/a>, no entanto, tamb\u00e9m sabe bem com ele. O mesmo acontece com o Yakhnet Basella, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 frequentemente designado apenas por Basella. Provavelmente j\u00e1 adivinhou: <em>Basella<\/em> significa <em>ervilha\/s<\/em> em \u00e1rabe. N\u00e3o se trata de gr\u00e3o-de-bico (que se chama h\u00famus), mas de ervilhas doces, pequenas e verdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E por falar em doce e pequeno&#8230; Em crian\u00e7a, a Basella era uma das minhas comidas preferidas de sempre. E os meus irm\u00e3os tamb\u00e9m. N\u00e3o sei porqu\u00ea, mas \u00e9ramos sempre muito unidos quando se tratava dos guisados da minha m\u00e3e e com\u00edamos tudo calmamente e com gosto. Era sempre assim com o guisado <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/guisado-de-batata-leban\u00eas-com-kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de batata<\/a> ou a <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/guisado-de-feij\u00e3o-fasolia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fas\u00f3lia<\/a>, por exemplo. E tamb\u00e9m gost\u00e1vamos de suar no ver\u00e3o ou de vestir as nossas camisolas preferidas no inverno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-basella-sabe-bem-com-carne-moida-ou-carne-picada-vegan\">A basella sabe bem com carne mo\u00edda ou carne picada vegan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, a Basella \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m um \u00f3timo prato para <strong>depois do trabalho<\/strong>, uma vez que o guisado de ervilhas n\u00e3o demora mais de 40 minutos &#8211; tudo inclu\u00eddo! Salteie rapidamente a cebola e o alho em azeite, adicione a carne de vaca mo\u00edda, os tomates enlatados e as ervilhas e tempere com canela, sal e pimenta &#8211; est\u00e1 pronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E enquanto o guisado ainda est\u00e1 a borbulhar, pode preparar o arroz de manteiga. J\u00e1 agora, no outro dia tamb\u00e9m experimentei o guisado com<strong> carne picada vegan <\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9m sabe muito bem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas, independentemente de ser vegetariano, vegan ou com carne, o guisado tem uma do\u00e7ura maravilhosamente leve gra\u00e7as \u00e0s ervilhas finas, mas continua a ser agrad\u00e1vel e saud\u00e1vel e um deleite absoluto para o cora\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 agora, gosto de adicionar algumas cenouras finas \u00e0 minha receita &#8211; por isso, gosto de utilizar esta mistura de ervilhas e cenouras enlatadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 claro que pode deixar de fora as cenouras e utilizar ervilhas frescas ou congeladas.
