Por isso, \u00e9 tudo mais agrad\u00e1vel que se possa conjurar em casa a comida de rua mais popular do Levant &#8211; para al\u00e9m do <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/falafel-wrap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a>, claro &#8211; em casa. E at\u00e9 funciona sem cuspo rotativo, muito simplesmente no forno. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudo o que precisa \u00e9 de boa carne com um bom teor de gordura. Eu escolhi carne de vaca, mas tamb\u00e9m se pode usar cordeiro. Depois precisa de um pouco de sumo de lim\u00e3o, vinagre de ma\u00e7\u00e3 e uma montanha inteira de especiarias&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-shawarma-adora-o-seu-armario-de-especiarias\">&#8220;Shawarma adora o seu arm\u00e1rio de especiarias&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi o que a minha m\u00e3e me disse quando ela passou comigo a receita da marinada. E \u00e9 verdade! S\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias pelo menos 10 especiarias: Cominho, cominho, cravinho, canela, noz-moscada, cardamomo, pimenta, sal, or\u00e9g\u00e3os, piment\u00e3o e pimenta &#8211; \u00e9 preciso t\u00ea-los todos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas felizmente pode obter todas as especiarias em qualquer supermercado bem abastecido, t\u00e3o rapidamente misturar tudo numa marinada e deixar a carne a marinar durante a noite. O \u00e1cido torna a carne um pouco tenra no frigor\u00edfico e quando \u00e9 cozinhada lentamente no forno durante 2 horas, sai tenra como manteiga. Tadaaa &#8211; j\u00e1 est\u00e1s um grande passo mais pr\u00f3ximo do teu inv\u00f3lucro shawarma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se quiser, pode coloc\u00e1-lo debaixo da grelha no forno durante os \u00faltimos minutos &#8211; mas n\u00e3o tem de o fazer. Coloquei alguns mini tomates na prateleira superior no forno durante os \u00faltimos 15 minutos. E sim, as batatas fritas pertencem definitivamente ao embrulho! Os Levantines s\u00e3o totalmente loucos por batatas fritas de qualquer maneira! Dificilmente h\u00e1 um almo\u00e7o ou jantar sem estes paus dourados bem fritos. Quando eu era mi\u00fado, muitas vezes at\u00e9 me limitava a p\u00f4r um punhado de batatas fritas no meu p\u00e3o pita, a p\u00f4r ketchup e a enrol\u00e1-lo num inv\u00f3lucro. Meeega delicioso, terei de o fazer novamente um dia destes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez que se pode preparar t\u00e3o bem o shawarma, a minha m\u00e3e gostava de o fazer para festas. A carne faz-se a si pr\u00f3pria &#8211; e cada um consegue fazer o seu pr\u00f3prio embrulho e ficou feliz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, se preferir frango, poder\u00e1 gostar da receita de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/shawarma-de-galinha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shawarma de frango<\/a>.
