Ser\u00e1 definitivamente fresco, frutado e cremoso com esta receita! Mas n\u00e3o seria uma receita do Bistro Badia se a sopa de tomate n\u00e3o tivesse pelo menos uma ou duas caracter\u00edsticas especiais. A primeira vez que provei esta sopa, s\u00f3 consegui pensar em &#8220;&#8216;%#$ novamente, isto \u00e9 fant\u00e1stico!&#8221; Portanto, esque\u00e7a essas coisas enlatadas e trate de algo feito \u00e0 m\u00e3o! Vai ser muito bom, prometo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Tomate e o Canto do Gelo e do Fogo &#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o se preocupe, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 agora cavaleiros brancos ou drag\u00f5es a vir na sua direc\u00e7\u00e3o. Ainda se trata de uma sopa de tomate frutada (Hodor!!). Mas h\u00e1 nele um pouco de fogo. Al\u00e9m de especiarias como cominhos, canela, cardamomo e coentros, uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o da pasta de malagueta quente&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/harissa-com-%C3%A1gua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">harissa<\/a>&nbsp;espreita na sopa e traz o seu saboroso picante. E o gelado? A sopa de tomate \u00e9 arredondada no final com hortel\u00e3 picada, o que, para al\u00e9m do seu grande aroma, d\u00e1 uma brisa fresca a tudo isto. Gelo e fogo &#8230; OK, j\u00e1 fui longe demais &#8211; passemos ao cap\u00edtulo seguinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De feij\u00e3o branco amanteigado e croutons croutons estaladi\u00e7os<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Amanteigado e estaladi\u00e7o, cremoso e frutado, ardente e fresco &#8211; que mistura real! (Ai!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O que mais adoro nesta sopa de tomate s\u00e3o os feij\u00f5es brancos, que s\u00e3o adicionados pouco antes dos cr\u00e9ditos finais e que s\u00e3o autorizados a mergulhar na sopa de tomate durante algum tempo. Como ingrediente de enchimento, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 d\u00e3o \u00e0 sopa mais &#8220;forragem&#8221;, mas tamb\u00e9m convencem com a sua consist\u00eancia cremosa e amanteigada e d\u00e3o-lhe um pequeno impulso proteico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cima, croutons feitos quer de torradas quer de p\u00e3o estragado s\u00e3o refinados com azeite e za&#8217;atar. Em suma, pode esperar um pequeno espect\u00e1culo de sabores.
