Bem, k\u00f6fte vai pelo menos na dire\u00e7\u00e3o certa, mas as alm\u00f4ndegas diferem nos temperos. E \u00e9 a vers\u00e3o turca, n\u00e3o a libanesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 a Kafta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A kafta \u00e9 o equivalente liban\u00eas da <strong>frikadelle<\/strong> alem\u00e3, da <strong>k\u00f6fte<\/strong> turca ou da <strong>\u0106evap\u010di\u0107i<\/strong> dos Balc\u00e3s. A <strong>receita b\u00e1sica<\/strong> \u00e9 muito vers\u00e1til e encontra o seu lugar numa grande variedade de pratos. Seja no <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/kafta-com-legumes-cozidos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">forno com tomates e rodelas de batata<\/a>, como alm\u00f4ndegas ovais da grelha, escondidas em p\u00e3o pita ou<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/kafta-em-molho-de-tomate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> num forte molho de tomate<\/a> &#8211; os espetos de kebab picantes s\u00e3o sempre bem-vindos no meu prato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A receita b\u00e1sica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a receita b\u00e1sica da minha fam\u00edlia, vai precisar de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carne de vaca ou de borrego mo\u00edda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salsa de folha plana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xarope de rom\u00e3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal e pimenta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A beleza da kafta \u00e9 o tempo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>r\u00e1pido<\/strong>: a cebola e a salsa s\u00e3o picadas num instante, adiciona-se carne fresca picada, uma m\u00e3o-cheia de especiarias e ervas arom\u00e1ticas e a mistura b\u00e1sica est\u00e1 pronta. O grelhador ou o forno n\u00e3o podem ser pr\u00e9-aquecidos mais depressa do que isto. Pode ent\u00e3o colocar a mistura diretamente em espetos ou form\u00e1-la em bolas e cozinhar. O que vos espera \u00e9 uma aut\u00eantica <strong>granada de sabores<\/strong>. Os suspeitos do costume na grelha rapidamente parecem aborrecidos. Especialmente quando se serve kafta com uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a> e uma por\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A dica privilegiada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A minha recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o as <strong>cebolas<\/strong> de sumagre. O sumagre \u00e9 uma especiaria ligeiramente azeda feita a partir de bagas de sumagre.
