Quando era crian\u00e7a, esperava sempre ansiosamente que a <strong>salada de salsa<\/strong> fresca fosse finalmente servida. A salada arom\u00e1tica com muita salsa e bulgur fino, bem como tomates e ervas arom\u00e1ticas, pode ser servida durante todo o ano. \u00c9 muito f\u00e1cil de preparar! Podes encontrar a minha <strong>receita de fam\u00edlia libanesa<\/strong> aqui.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-e-tabule\">O que \u00e9 tabule?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabouleh \u00e9 uma salada fresca do Levante com muita salsa picada, hortel\u00e3 fresca, tomates sumarentos e bulgur fino. Cresci com <strong>salada de salsa<\/strong> desde crian\u00e7a, porque com\u00edamos salada tabule com muita regularidade. Sobretudo quando faz\u00edamos um churrasco.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-os-ingredientes-classicos-do-tabule\">Os ingredientes cl\u00e1ssicos do tabule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A dada altura, a salada tabouleh (ou taboul\u00e9) foi parar \u00e0s prateleiras dos supermercados locais. Foi cruel. O que era anunciado como &#8220;taboul\u00e9&#8221; parecia mais uma salada de cuscuz. Mas, na verdade, o cuscuz n\u00e3o faz parte desta deliciosa salada de salsa, mas sim <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/o-que-e-o-bulgur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o bulgur<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os ingredientes do tabule, o melhor \u00e9 ires ao mercado semanal, ao supermercado oriental ou a uma loja de produtos biol\u00f3gicos, pois s\u00e3o os alimentos frescos que tornam a salada de salsa t\u00e3o boa. E os sabores s\u00e3o essenciais para a<strong> receita<\/strong> original do tabule. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1s a fazer um favor ao teu corpo ao minimizar a ingest\u00e3o de pesticidas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, pega no teu cesto de compras e compra todos os ingredientes importantes do tabule que ainda n\u00e3o tens em casa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os ingredientes do tabule para uma salada aut\u00eantica s\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Salsa de folha plana<\/strong>: O ingrediente principal do tabule \u00e9 a salsa de folha plana, que \u00e9 cortada muito finamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hortel\u00e3 fresca:<\/strong> A hortel\u00e3 tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 picada finamente. No entanto, quando comprares, procura hortel\u00e3 suave e n\u00e3o uses hortel\u00e3-pimenta. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates:<\/strong> Os tomates sumarentos d\u00e3o \u00e0 salada uma do\u00e7ura maravilhosa. Compra tomates particularmente maduros e arom\u00e1ticos para a tua salada tabuleh. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebola:<\/strong> A cebola tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 picada finamente e d\u00e1 \u00e0 salada de salsa \u00e1rabe o seu sabor intenso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulgur <strong>fino:<\/strong> Ao contr\u00e1rio do que \u00e9 frequentemente vendido no supermercado, o tabule original n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m cuscuz, mas sim bulgur fino. O bulgur s\u00f3 pode ser adicionado \u00e0 salada em pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es. O ingrediente principal \u00e9 a salsa.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lim\u00e3o:<\/strong> A aut\u00eantica salada tabouleh tem uma boa acidez, que prov\u00e9m do sumo de lim\u00e3o acabado de espremer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Azeite:<\/strong> N\u00e3o deves poupar no azeite. Esta salada precisa de muito azeite. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canela:<\/strong> O ingrediente secreto da minha m\u00e3e para a sua receita de tabule \u00e9 uma pitada de canela. Apesar de ser muito pouco, faz uma grande diferen\u00e7a no sabor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-dicas-simples-para-um-tabule-perfeito\">5 dicas simples para um tabule perfeito<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certifica-te de que usas <strong>bulgur fino<\/strong> e n\u00e3o em demasia. Podes descobrir como preparar corretamente o bulgur <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/cozinhar-bulgur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqui<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usa uma faca grande ou uma faca de ervas com uma t\u00e1bua para cortar finamente as ervas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compra azeite de alta qualidade. De prefer\u00eancia, <strong>azeite virgem extra<\/strong>, porque \u00e9 o mais arom\u00e1tico, e depois n\u00e3o o poupes. Podes adicionar muito azeite \u00e0 salada tabule.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o poupes no sumo de lim\u00e3o, pois a acidez torna a salada agrad\u00e1vel e picante. Certifica-te de que usas <strong>sumo de lim\u00e3o fresco<\/strong>, uma vez que o sumo comprado em lojas vai alterar o sabor da salada para pior. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Tabouleh \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de preparar: Pica os ingredientes e prepara o bulgur. No entanto, s\u00f3 deves adicionar o azeite, o sumo de lim\u00e3o, o sal e a pimenta <strong>antes de<\/strong> servir. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Com as minhas dicas, nada pode correr mal.
