Quando n\u00e3o estou a polvilhar a\u00e7\u00facar na minha beterraba (sim, gosto mesmo e \u00e9 delicioso!), adoro fazer uma salada de beterraba com ela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, gosto dos pequenos tub\u00e9rculos vermelhos n\u00e3o s\u00f3 por causa do seu sabor, mas tamb\u00e9m me permitem sempre pregar uma partida muito boa a pelo menos uma pessoa. Isto \u00e9 especialmente \u00fatil no Halloween. Mas tamb\u00e9m sempre que tenho vontade de assustar as pessoas \u00e0 minha volta. Tenho a certeza que sabe o que quero dizer: as manchas de beterraba est\u00e3o muito bem e pensar-se-ia que se esfaqueou depois de as preparar. *Nunca tinha acontecido antes, bater na madeira 3x; cuspir cuspo*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma salada de beterraba parece sempre um pouco diferente, porque gosto de verificar o que ainda tenho no frigor\u00edfico e depois, muitas vezes, chicotear algo espontaneamente. Restos por excel\u00eancia! Mas h\u00e1 uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o a que realmente me tenho dedicado ultimamente. Sobraram-me alguns gr\u00e3os-de-bico cozidos. Ent\u00e3o? \u00c9 isso mesmo, coloque-os l\u00e1 dentro! Nozes? Coloque-os l\u00e1 dentro! Feta? Uma amiga minha disse uma vez que feta \u00e9 o novo ketchup para ela: tem de ir a todo o lado. Ent\u00e3o ponha isso tamb\u00e9m! Acrescentar um pouco de menta e salsa, alguma cenoura e a salada est\u00e1 pronta. Tudo o que falta \u00e9 o penso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decidi contra um molho fino com lim\u00e3o e azeite e bati um creme de iogurte, tahini, lim\u00e3o e um pouco de azeite. A textura cremosa \u00e9 realmente fant\u00e1stica com a beterraba, gr\u00e3o de bico tenro e nozes crocantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se precisar de outro argumento, demora um m\u00e1ximo de 20 minutos a preparar &#8211; se for lento \ud83d\ude09<br>E se estiver \u00e0 procura de mais saladas deliciosas e r\u00e1pidas, deve definitivamente verificar a <a
