Como resultado, nunca tive de confiar em misturas de falafel prontas e pude sempre desfrutar de wraps de falafel caseiros frescos ou mesmo de um saco de falafel. Para garantir que, a partir de agora, s\u00f3 tens falafel fresco em casa, podes agora obter a receita original da minha fam\u00edlia.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-e-o-falafel\">O que \u00e9 o falafel?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Falafel (por vezes tamb\u00e9m falafel ou falafel) s\u00e3o pequenas bolas estaladi\u00e7as feitas de <strong>gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/strong>, <strong>ervas<\/strong> frescas e <strong>especiarias<\/strong>. A comida de rua oriental do Levante \u00e9 agora muito popular em todo o mundo, especialmente na cozinha vegetariana e vegan.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os ingredientes do falafel s\u00e3o picados finamente e depois fritos em \u00f3leo quente. N\u00e3o precisa de muitos ingredientes e \u00e9 super f\u00e1cil de fazer. Apesar de hoje em dia algumas pessoas se aperceberem disso, costumavam perguntar-me com mais frequ\u00eancia:<strong>&#8220;Em que consiste o falafel<\/strong>?&#8221; Os ingredientes do falafel s\u00e3o:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/strong>: Este \u00e9 o ingrediente principal do falafel \u00e1rabe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alho e cebola<\/strong>: O alho e as cebolas d\u00e3o mais sabor ao falafel e tamb\u00e9m d\u00e3o \u00e0 massa do falafel a sua humidade &#8211; por isso tamb\u00e9m ficam agrad\u00e1veis e suculentos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especiarias<\/strong>: Adiciona <strong>sementes de<\/strong> <strong>cominhos<\/strong> e <strong>coentros<\/strong> para dar ao falafel o seu sabor particularmente picante. \u00c9 claro que tamb\u00e9m deves adicionar um pouco de <strong>sal<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ervas frescas<\/strong>: a salsa de folha plana e os coentros frescos n\u00e3o s\u00f3 d\u00e3o muito sabor \u00e0s bolas de falafel, como tamb\u00e9m proporcionam uma cor verde fresca no interior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fermento em p\u00f3<\/strong>: O fermento em p\u00f3 \u00e9, na verdade, opcional, mas torna o falafel um pouco mais fofo. Isto far\u00e1 com que a mistura de falafel fique empapada, por vezes muito grumosa e se desfa\u00e7a ao fritar. \u00c9 melhor n\u00e3o fazeres isso!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se quiseres um falafel estaladi\u00e7o e suculento, utiliza <strong>gr\u00e3o-de-bico seco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca-os de molho em \u00e1gua doce durante pelo menos <strong>12 horas<\/strong>. N\u00e3o precisas de as cozinhar depois. Depois, podes utiliz\u00e1-las cruas com os outros ingredientes.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faz-tu-mesmo-o-falafel-eis-como\"><strong>Faz tu mesmo o falafel: eis como<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fazeres tu mesmo falafel \u00e9 uma brincadeira de crian\u00e7as! A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do falafel pode ser dividida em duas fases principais: preparar a mistura de gr\u00e3o-de-bico e moldar e fritar as bolas de falafel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da mistura de falafel \u00e9, na verdade, muito <strong>r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil<\/strong>. Tens de p\u00f4r o <strong>gr\u00e3o-de-bico seco de<\/strong> molho <strong>em \u00e1gua fresca durante, pelo menos, 12 horas<\/strong>. Fa\u00e7o-o sempre antes de ir para a cama e posso utiliz\u00e1-los imediatamente ao almo\u00e7o.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de demolhado, podes passar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico cru diretamente por uma picadora com a cebola, o alho e a salsa (era assim que os meus pais o faziam) ou pic\u00e1-lo no liquidificador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na minha experi\u00eancia, <strong>uma varinha m\u00e1gica potente<\/strong> \u00e9 normalmente ainda mais r\u00e1pida do que uma varinha grande. Por isso, n\u00e3o precisas necessariamente de um grande processador de alimentos para fazer falafel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois deixo a mistura de falafel no frigor\u00edfico durante <strong>cerca de 1 hora<\/strong> para melhorar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o do amido e a moldabilidade. Podes adquirir esta forma tradicional online ou em supermercados orientais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molda toda a massa em pequenas bolas, pressiona-as ligeiramente e depois podes come\u00e7ar a fritar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fritar-assar-ou-cozer-o-falafel-original\">Fritar, assar ou cozer o falafel original?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de moldados, os falafel podem ser colocados em \u00f3leo quente, porque os falafel originais s\u00e3o fritos! Assim, ficam muito estaladi\u00e7os.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>\u00f3leo<\/strong> deve ter uma temperatura de aproximadamente <strong>170\u00b0C &#8211; 180\u00b0C<\/strong>. Para isso, recomendo-te vivamente uma fritadeira com term\u00f3stato.
