O creme de leite quase n\u00e3o \u00e9 ado\u00e7ado, pois \u00e9 sempre ado\u00e7ado com bastante calda de a\u00e7\u00facar. No entanto, ashta n\u00e3o tem necessariamente de estar escondido num biscoito. O pudim de leite \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m uma <strong>sobremesa<\/strong> deliciosa por si s\u00f3, especialmente com maracuj\u00e1 e mel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-e-ashta\">O que \u00e9 Ashta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Originalmente, a ashta <strong>n\u00e3o \u00e9 propriamente um<\/strong> pudim de leite, mas sim um <strong>creme<\/strong> caseiro muito semelhante ao mascarpone italiano. Mas, sinceramente, quem \u00e9 que faz isso? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outra variante consiste em aquecer o <strong>leite<\/strong> com <strong>natas<\/strong> e separar o <strong>soro<\/strong> adicionando um pouco de <strong>vinagre<\/strong>, depois desnatar as <strong>natas<\/strong> separadas e deit\u00e1-las num coador. \u00c9 mais f\u00e1cil, mas continua a dar mais trabalho do que deveria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pode tornar as coisas muito f\u00e1ceis para si e fazer um &#8220;<strong>Ashta Kisbeh<\/strong>&#8220;. O nome significa algo como &#8220;<strong>Ashta falso<\/strong>&#8220;. O creme tem um sabor muito semelhante ao original, mas \u00e9 mais parecido com um pudim. Tal como a <strong>panna cotta<\/strong>. Mas \u00e9 claro que n\u00e3o precisa de o fazer. Tamb\u00e9m se pode servir tudo numa ta\u00e7a de sobremesa. O Ashta fica pronto muito rapidamente com este m\u00e9todo e pode ser coberto \u00e0 vontade depois de arrefecer. O pudim de leite \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m ideal para rechear pastelaria ou como creme para coberturas de sobremesas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A minha m\u00e3e at\u00e9 come ashta com mel e nozes ao <strong>pequeno-almo\u00e7o<\/strong>. Mas aqui optei por um <strong>maracuj\u00e1<\/strong> lindo e super <strong>frutado<\/strong>. No entanto, n\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a de que a <strong>informa\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional<\/strong> muda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pode preparar o pudim no <strong>dia anterior<\/strong> e decorar com coberturas frescas no momento de servir. Conserva-se durante cerca de <strong>1-3 dias<\/strong> no frigor\u00edfico. \u00c9 prefer\u00edvel deit\u00e1-lo em frascos <strong>esterilizados<\/strong> ainda <strong>quentes<\/strong> e fechar com uma tampa.
