E n\u00e3o uma salada qualquer &#8211; hoje temos uma&nbsp;<strong>salada de mel\u00e3o de melada<\/strong>&nbsp;frutada e fresca! Porque quando est\u00e1 quente e opressiva l\u00e1 fora, a fome geralmente permanece pequena. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m importante manter o seu corpo hidratado com muita&nbsp;<strong>\u00e1gua<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>vitaminas<\/strong>&nbsp;frescas.
