Mas quando essa ideia surge de repente, n\u00e3o vale a pena &#8211; tenho de tomar nota de pelo menos os pontos-chave (e comer alguma coisa): Farto e substancial, mas ao mesmo tempo leve e fresco.&nbsp;<strong>Bife de couve-flor<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>em pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;coberto com harissa e queijo. A receita \u00e9 simples e r\u00e1pida de fazer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um prato r\u00e1pido para depois do trabalho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando desenvolvi mais esta receita no papel, j\u00e1 conseguia sentir na minha l\u00edngua a \u00f3ptima combina\u00e7\u00e3o dos diferentes sabores antes de qualquer coisa ser preparada. E o resultado foi ainda melhor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 estou a ouvir algumas pessoas a gritar: Couve-flor n\u00e3o \u00e9 bife, seu trapo! \u00c9 verdade, claro &#8211; tudo exceto o trapo. Pelo menos se pensarmos em termos antiquados. Mas \u00e9 poss\u00edvel cortar a couve-flor em belas fatias e ass\u00e1-las ou coz\u00ea-las no forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decidi coz\u00ea-los. Antes de irem ao forno, os bifes de couve-flor recebem uma<strong>&nbsp;marinada&nbsp;<\/strong>picante<strong>&nbsp;de harissa e azeite&nbsp;<\/strong>. Para ficar um pouco mais saboroso, adiciona-se queijo ralado por cima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-uma-cama-cremosa-de-feijao-branco-para-a-couve-flor\">Uma cama cremosa de feij\u00e3o branco para a couve-flor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, enquanto os bifes de couve-flor est\u00e3o a assar no forno e o queijo est\u00e1 a ficar bem dourado, o pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o \u00e9 facilmente misturado. Como pode imaginar, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 super r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basta tirar o feij\u00e3o branco cozido da lata e bat\u00ea-lo com sumo de lim\u00e3o, raspa de lim\u00e3o e um pouco de tahini at\u00e9 ficar cremoso e adicionar uma cebola roxa picada. Isto d\u00e1 ao conjunto uma textura agrad\u00e1vel e outro sabor delicioso. O pur\u00e9 \u00e9 aveludado e cremoso, por um lado, e super fresco e frutado, por outro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pessoalmente, poderia comer o pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o com algum p\u00e3o at\u00e9 estar cheio. Mas essa \u00e9 outra ideia de receita&#8230; Espalhe-a no prato e torne-a cremosa, e \u00e9 uma excelente base para o bife de couve-flor assado. Guarne\u00e7a tudo com am\u00eandoas rec\u00e9m-torradas e ervas frescas e veja que canto de amor o seu paladar canta para si.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em todo o caso, espero que se divirtam muito a
