Os meus pais nunca tinham feito este tipo de frango frito para n\u00f3s antes, por isso os meus olhos estavam abertos quando um amigo do meu pai cozinhou para n\u00f3s uma vez. S\u00f3 a vista era quase majestosa quando de repente uma enorme travessa foi i\u00e7ada sobre a mesa. Um banquete!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por onde come\u00e7o? Musakhan consiste na realidade em n\u00e3o tantos componentes e ingredientes diferentes. E no entanto, parece que est\u00e1 a receber algo muito especial. Mas de que estou eu a falar? O prato \u00e9 de facto muito especial! E conta uma hist\u00f3ria muito maravilhosa. Os ingredientes vis\u00edveis s\u00e3o, evidentemente, o frango, a cebola de sumagre caramelizada, os pinh\u00f5es torrados (ou am\u00eandoas escaldadas) e o p\u00e3o pita sobre o qual tudo est\u00e1 bem espalhado. Mas um ingrediente que n\u00e3o se v\u00ea directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-historia-de-musakhan-e-uma-historia-de-bom-azeite-de-oliva\">A hist\u00f3ria de Musakhan \u00e9 uma hist\u00f3ria de bom azeite de oliva<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Certo, o ingrediente de que estou a falar \u00e9 o azeite.<br>Musakhan vem da cozinha palestiniana e a\u00ed, como no resto do Levante, existe uma grande tradi\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivo da azeitona e de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do melhor azeite. Os olivicultores palestinianos sempre utilizaram o muskahan para testar a qualidade do seu azeite de oliva. Mas n\u00e3o s\u00f3 isso &#8211; eles tamb\u00e9m celebram o seu produto com este fant\u00e1stico prato, claro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O bom azeite, por exemplo, n\u00e3o causa azia e tamb\u00e9m pode ser muito bem aquecido sem comprometer a qualidade. \u00c9 daqui que vem o nome &#8220;musakhan&#8221; (aquecer, fazer quente, aquecer). Al\u00e9m do azeite, h\u00e1 outro ingrediente que desempenha aqui um papel muito importante: sumac!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumac \u00e9 uma especiaria que \u00e9 extra\u00edda das bagas do arbusto da sumagre e tem um sabor agradavelmente azedo. Mas &#8220;azedo&#8221; por si s\u00f3 n\u00e3o pode descrever o sabor. Sumac tem o seu pr\u00f3prio sabor, encorpado, frutado e tamb\u00e9m ligeiramente \u00e1cido. Em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com um azeite muito bom e um pouco de sal, o resultado \u00e9 uma explos\u00e3o de sabor que n\u00e3o se esperaria de t\u00e3o &#8220;poucos&#8221; ingredientes &#8211; e sem quaisquer intensificadores artificiais de sabor. E assim, basta deixar as cebolas caramelizar no melhor azeite com sumac e um pouco de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musakhan pode, portanto, ser considerado um dos pratos mais importantes da Palestina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-fundo-de-todas-as-coisas-boas-o-pao-pita\">O Fundo de Todas as Coisas Boas: O P\u00e3o Pita<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se quiser preparar musakhan autenticamente, precisa de p\u00e3o tabu, que ainda \u00e9 cozido em fornos de barro na Palestina. A sua espessura \u00e9 semelhante \u00e0 dos p\u00e3es planos libaneses, mas n\u00e3o se abre e tem muitas bolhas pequenas na superf\u00edcie. Mas n\u00e3o se preocupe, pode definitivamente fazer o prato com p\u00e3o de forma liban\u00eas ou p\u00e3o naan. Em Musakhan, nenhum dos bons ingredientes vai para o lixo. Os res\u00edduos n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o tolerados! Para a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do frango, recorro sempre pessoalmente a um frango inteiro e torro-o inteiro ou corto-o nas partes individuais. O p\u00e3o pita absorve ent\u00e3o o lindo molho e \u00e9 ent\u00e3o coberto com a cebola de sumagre caramelizada. Mais uma vez, o azeite e o fant\u00e1stico sabor a sumagre embebe no p\u00e3o. J\u00e1 se pode provavelmente imaginar como o p\u00e3o tem um sabor incrivelmente bom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, n\u00e3o \u00e9 a massa de ingredientes que faz musakhan, mas a sua qualidade. O prato n\u00e3o \u00e9 caro e tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil de preparar. Recebe-se rapidamente frango frito suculento, azeite fant\u00e1stico, cebola caramelizada sumac e delicioso p\u00e3o pita. Uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o que toca o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o e suja-me os dedos de cada vez &#8211; porque definitivamente n\u00e3o precisa de talheres aqui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musakhan \u00e9 um simples prato
