Mas tamb\u00e9m se pode passar manteiga no bulgur da mesma forma e fazer um fant\u00e1stico&nbsp;<strong>bulgur de manteiga<\/strong>. A receita \u00e9 r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil de fazer e sabe muito bem como acompanhamento ou mesmo sozinha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bulgur-com-manteiga-simplesmente-delicioso\">Bulgur com manteiga &#8211; simplesmente delicioso!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ainda n\u00e3o conhece o bulgur: O bulgur \u00e9 basicamente trigo duro. \u00c9 previamente cozido a vapor e depois cortado em v\u00e1rios tamanhos. No supermercado, \u00e9 frequente encontrar o tamanho m\u00e9dio a grosso, o que \u00e9 bom para este bulgur de manteiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 bulgur muito fino. Este bulgur fino pode ser frequentemente encontrado sob o nome de grumos de trigo e \u00e9 perfeito para&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tabouleh<\/a>, por exemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez que o trigo duro j\u00e1 est\u00e1 pr\u00e9-cozinhado, a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 bastante r\u00e1pida. O bulgur com manteiga \u00e9 preparado da mesma forma que o arroz com manteiga. Salteado em manteiga e cozinhado em caldo de legumes &#8211; \u00f3timo! A receita \u00e9 apenas minimamente diferente, mas o sabor \u00e9 bastante diferente gra\u00e7as \u00e0 textura granulosa e \u00e0 dentada do bulgur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bulgur-de-preparacao-rapida\">Bulgur de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Derrete-se&nbsp;<strong>manteiga<\/strong>&nbsp;numa panela e fritam-se pequenos&nbsp;<strong>noodles de sopa<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>aletria<\/strong>&nbsp;(que se podem comprar em qualquer supermercado) durante alguns minutos. Os pequenos noodles ficam castanhos na manteiga e criam aromas torrados realmente deliciosos que acrescentam muito sabor ao prato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seguida, adicione o bulgur, mexa brevemente e deglaceie com&nbsp;<strong>caldo de legumes<\/strong>. Deixe ferver brevemente e, em seguida, deixe o bulgur de manteiga ferver em lume brando com a tampa fechada at\u00e9 o caldo ser absorvido e o bulgur estar cozinhado. E pronto.
