Para o queijo, recomendo o queijo turco&nbsp;<strong>Kashkaval<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; em alternativa, tamb\u00e9m pode utilizar&nbsp;<strong>queijo de manteiga<\/strong>. Depois de a cobrir, basta dobrar os bordos de modo a obter a conhecida forma de navio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois, o pide com queijo e sucuk vai ao forno e cresce bem. O queijo derrete e a sucuk fica bem cozinhada e arom\u00e1tica no forno, quase como uma piza de salame.
