Agora, finalmente, existe uma vers\u00e3o \u00e0 base de plantas:&nbsp;<strong>labneh vegan<\/strong>! Aqui pode aprender a fazer este queijo creme \u00e0 base de plantas de&nbsp;<strong>forma r\u00e1pida<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>f\u00e1cil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-um-classico-levantino-em-vegan\">Um cl\u00e1ssico Levantino em vegan!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Sebastian, do blogue de comida vegan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.simply-vegan.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Simply Vegan<\/a>, adora a cozinha do Levante e sempre teve curiosidade em conhecer o queijo cremoso de iogurte e as suas varia\u00e7\u00f5es. Juntamente com ele, acab\u00e1mos por criar esta receita de labneh vegan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como descrito acima, o labneh \u00e9 um queijo creme feito de iogurte. A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realmente muito simples. Basicamente, tudo o que tem de fazer \u00e9 misturar o iogurte com uma pitada de sal e coloc\u00e1-lo num pano de coar. Deixar tudo pendurado para que o soro escorra e o iogurte fique mais firme e intenso. O resultado \u00e9 um queijo creme cremoso com uma deliciosa nota frutada e azeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez que o iogurte normal n\u00e3o \u00e9 vegan, experimentei v\u00e1rias alternativas de iogurte \u00e0 base de plantas para o labneh vegan. O iogurte de soja funcionou melhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-labneh-vegan-simples-e-rapido-de-fazer\">Labneh vegan: simples e r\u00e1pido de fazer!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomendo fazer o seu labneh vegan com&nbsp;<strong>iogurte de soja<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9m funciona com outras alternativas, por exemplo, iogurte feito de aveia, mas sabe melhor com soja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O iogurte vegetal \u00e9 normalmente mais l\u00edquido. \u00c9 por isso que n\u00e3o funciona t\u00e3o bem com um pano de coar normal. Mas \u00e9 aqui que um truque da minha m\u00e3e d\u00e1 jeito: se n\u00e3o tiver um pano de coar \u00e0 m\u00e3o, basta usar um&nbsp;<strong>filtro de caf\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;grande para escorrer o iogurte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O filtro de caf\u00e9 tem poros muito mais finos do que um pano de coar, pelo que n\u00e3o se perde nada do pr\u00f3prio iogurte e o sabor intensifica-se melhor. Esta \u00e9 a forma de fazer labneh vegan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois, basta juntar uma pitada de sal ao iogurte vegetal e coloc\u00e1-lo num filtro de caf\u00e9. Eu tenho um dispositivo para o meu filtro de caf\u00e9 onde o posso colocar. O filtro tem de ser colocado numa ch\u00e1vena ou numa tigela pequena para que n\u00e3o tombe e o l\u00edquido possa escorrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependendo da consist\u00eancia do iogurte vegetal, o escorrimento demora cerca de 24 a 36 horas. Este per\u00edodo \u00e9 significativamente mais longo do que o do Labneh normal. Por isso, tamb\u00e9m se deve colocar o iogurte no filtro de caf\u00e9 no frigor\u00edfico para escorrer. A consist\u00eancia do Labneh vegan dever\u00e1 ent\u00e3o ser muito mais firme e cremosa do que a do iogurte utilizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-queijo-cremoso-vegetal-o-toque-final\">Queijo cremoso vegetal: o toque final!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de o iogurte vegetal ter escorrido, pode come\u00e7ar a dar-lhe os \u00faltimos retoques. O Labneh n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas deliciosamente cremoso, mas tamb\u00e9m tem um toque \u00e1cido. Para aproximar o seu labneh vegan do original, pode adicionar um pouco de azeite e sumo de lim\u00e3o ao iogurte escorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois \u00e9 s\u00f3 mexer tudo at\u00e9 ficar cremoso e o seu labneh vegetal est\u00e1 pronto!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Labneh \u00e9 classicamente regado com um pouco de azeite e servido com a mistura de especiarias arom\u00e1ticas de tomilho e s\u00e9samo chamada&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/fa%C3%A7a-o-seu-pr%C3%B3prio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a>. Sirva com uma baguete estaladi\u00e7a, palitos de legumes ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p%C3%A3o-pita-leban%C3%AAs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o pita<\/a>&nbsp;fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O labneh vegan pode ser conservado numa caixa fresca no frigor\u00edfico durante cerca de uma semana. No entanto, tenha em aten\u00e7\u00e3o que o queijo creme vegetal engrossa um pouco ap\u00f3s um ou dois dias. Pode ent\u00e3o simplesmente adicionar algumas gotas de \u00e1gua e mexer tudo novamente at\u00e9 ficar cremoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 agora, o labneh \u00e9 muito vers\u00e1til e pode ser decorado de forma criativa com v\u00e1rios toppings.
