Pessoalmente, adoro um pequeno-almo\u00e7o realmente entusiasmante. Mas nem sempre tem de ser algo com carne. Portanto, se n\u00e3o for um <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/shakshuka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shakshuka<\/a> ou o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/veganes-power-fruehstueck-bohnenmus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o<\/a> perversamente delicioso, gosto de fritar um peda\u00e7o de halloumi com um ovo frito e algumas fatias de tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devo confessar que durante a semana muitas vezes falto ao pequeno-almo\u00e7o e depois prefiro come\u00e7ar directamente com o almo\u00e7o. Fi-lo mesmo antes de o jejum intermitente se ter tornado t\u00e3o popular. Apenas ou\u00e7o o meu instinto: sem fome, sem comida &#8211; feito. Nos fins-de-semana, no entanto, celebro-o ainda mais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas isso n\u00e3o significa que n\u00e3o possa ser tentado a tomar o pequeno-almo\u00e7o. Porque sofro de gula aguda. \u00c9 uma coisa terr\u00edvel, por isso n\u00e3o perguntes. Mas o que funciona sempre \u00e9 o halloumi. E mesmo como um almo\u00e7o de pequeno-almo\u00e7o tardio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halloumi \u00e9 t\u00e3o sem problemas e r\u00e1pido a preparar-se que nem os meus dois irm\u00e3os mais novos conseguiram estragar tudo &#8211; penso eu&#8230; Embora, mau exemplo. Na realidade, eles estragam tudo o que tem a ver com comida. Desculpem irm\u00e3os, \u00e9 assim que as coisas s\u00e3o! Mas nada \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil do que fritar este queijo grelhado incrivelmente delicioso na frigideira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois acrescente o ovo frito, algumas fatias de tomate, uma pitada de
