A base de biscoitos esfarelados tamb\u00e9m desperta o monstro das migalhas que h\u00e1 em mim. A receita \u00e9 muito simples &#8211; vou mostrar-lhe como a fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cheesecake-com-labneh\">Cheesecake com Labneh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este cheesecake \u00e9 um pouco diferente &#8211; um pouco mais especial. N\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizado um queijo creme cl\u00e1ssico, mas sim o queijo creme liban\u00eas maravilhosamente cremoso feito de iogurte chamado&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/queijo-fresco-liban%C3%AAs-labneh\/\">Labneh<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como j\u00e1 foi referido, o labneh \u00e9 feito de iogurte e \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil de fazer em casa. Tudo o que precisa \u00e9 de iogurte e de um pano para coar. Basta colocar o iogurte no pano e deixar o soro escorrer durante algumas horas. O resultado \u00e9 um queijo creme mais firme e cremoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 a perguntar-se porque \u00e9 que n\u00e3o pode utilizar outro queijo creme? Podia, mas perderia aquele toque especial e fresco que o Labneh d\u00e1 ao cheesecake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de ter feito o labneh, tudo \u00e9 r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil. Para o recheio do cheesecake, basta misturar todos os ingredientes e j\u00e1 est\u00e1. A \u00fanica coisa importante \u00e9 n\u00e3o bater a mistura ao mistur\u00e1-la, mas apenas mex\u00ea-la realmente. Isto evitar\u00e1 a entrada de ar na mistura. O ar faria com que o cheesecake com labneh inchasse e depois afundasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A base estaladi\u00e7a \u00e9 feita de bolachas de manteiga esfareladas e manteiga derretida. Pode ent\u00e3o simplesmente espalhar a mistura numa forma de mola e pression\u00e1-la. Em seguida, colocar a base no forno durante um curto per\u00edodo de tempo para que fique bem estaladi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez feito isto, o recheio de cheesecake pode ser colocado por cima e o bolo pode voltar ao forno. Pode utilizar manga congelada e bater uma vez com a varinha m\u00e1gica. Se tiver mangas muito boas e frescas, \u00e9 claro que tamb\u00e9m as pode utilizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basta misturar o pur\u00e9 de manga com um pouco de amido e \u00e1gua, deixar ferver brevemente numa panela e a cobertura de manga para o seu Cheesecake Labneh est\u00e1 pronta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas antes que a camada de manga possa ser colocada sobre o Cheesecake Labneh, o bolo tem de arrefecer.
