Porque tinha sempre a certeza de que as pequenas e estaladi\u00e7as bolinhas de gr\u00e3o-de-bico tinham de ser <strong>fritas<\/strong>! No entanto, embora isso as torne muito saborosas, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o muito gordurosas.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprei recentemente uma fritadeira de ar quente e quis descobrir &#8211; <strong>fiz falafel na fritadeira de ar<\/strong> quente. O resultado foi muito melhor do que eu pensava inicialmente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-falafel-facil-na-fritadeira-de-ar-quente\">Falafel f\u00e1cil na fritadeira de ar quente!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, n\u00e3o tens de alterar muito da <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/falafel-receita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">receita b\u00e1sica<\/a> do falafel da fritadeira de ar quente. \u00c9 composta por gr\u00e3o-de-bico, alho, cebola, coentros frescos e salsa, bem como cominhos e algumas sementes de coentros mo\u00eddas.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nunca<\/strong> deves utilizar gr\u00e3o-de-bico enlatado cozido para fazer falafel, mas sim gr\u00e3o-de-bico <strong>seco<\/strong>, que deves demolhar em \u00e1gua <strong>durante a noite<\/strong>. Se utilizares gr\u00e3o-de-bico cozido, este desintegrar-se-\u00e1 muito rapidamente durante a cozedura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como os falafel originais s\u00e3o fritos em muito \u00f3leo, ficam bem estaladi\u00e7os no exterior e fofos e suculentos no interior. O \u00f3leo falta quando fritas na fritadeira de ar quente. \u00c9 por isso que adiciono pelo menos um pouco de <strong>azeite<\/strong> \u00e0 massa para o falafel da fritadeira de ar quente, caso contr\u00e1rio os deliciosos hamb\u00fargueres de gr\u00e3o-de-bico transformam-se em carv\u00e3o seco. Ningu\u00e9m quer isso!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionar \u00f3leo diretamente \u00e0 massa de falafel \u00e9, na verdade, o truque completo. O passo seguinte \u00e9 encontrar a temperatura e o tempo de cozedura corretos na fritadeira de ar quente. No meu teste, obtive os melhores resultados com:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>190 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>20 minutos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Passado metade do tempo, ou seja, <strong>10 minutos<\/strong>, deves vir\u00e1-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penso que a temperatura e o tempo de cozedura tamb\u00e9m dependem da fritadeira utilizada, pelo que podem variar ligeiramente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m era importante para mim que os falafel da fritadeira de ar quente n\u00e3o fossem apenas estaladi\u00e7os, mas tamb\u00e9m fofos por dentro. Para isso, a <strong>quantidade<\/strong> utilizada <strong>por cada falafel<\/strong> \u00e9 muito importante. Para mim, obtive os melhores resultados com <strong>35 &#8211; 40 gramas por falafel<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tiveres em conta estes dados essenciais, o falafel da fritadeira de ar quente deve ficar definitivamente muito bom! Se quiseres, tamb\u00e9m podes revestir ou pulverizar o falafel na fritadeira com um pouco de \u00f3leo. Isto d\u00e1-lhes um pouco mais de sabor e croc\u00e2ncia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os falafel da fritadeira de ar quente s\u00e3o ligeiramente diferentes dos fritos em \u00f3leo. A gordura \u00e9 um transportador de sabor e, quando as pequenas coisas est\u00e3o a nadar em \u00f3leo, cont\u00eam naturalmente muita gordura. \u00c9 claro que na fritadeira de ar quente isso n\u00e3o acontece &#8211; mas mesmo assim s\u00e3o super saborosos.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que gostes de os experimentar e, claro, bom apetite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
