Sobre um&nbsp;<strong>pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;super cremoso, esta \u00e9 uma entrada verdadeiramente irresist\u00edvel para partilhar e desfrutar. A receita \u00e9 realmente&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e1pida<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>f\u00e1cil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-um-poema-de-arranque\">Um poema de arranque!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda no outro dia recebemos visitas e servi a salada de feij\u00e3o verde com alcachofras em pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o como entrada. Foi servida com uma baguete estaladi\u00e7a. Estava bastante curioso para saber o que os meus amigos iriam dizer quando vissem o prato. Posso dizer-vos desde j\u00e1 que s\u00f3 o aspeto foi mais do que bem recebido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mistura de&nbsp;<strong>feij\u00e3o princesa<\/strong>&nbsp;escaldado com&nbsp;<strong>alcachofras<\/strong>&nbsp;tenras e toda uma armada de&nbsp;<strong>ervas<\/strong>&nbsp;verdes j\u00e1 \u00e9 bonita. A mistura de feij\u00e3o branco com lim\u00e3o \u00e9, ent\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 visualmente um grande contraste, mas tamb\u00e9m em termos de sabor. Os feij\u00f5es princesa ainda s\u00e3o ligeiramente estaladi\u00e7os e o pur\u00e9, por outro lado, \u00e9 maravilhosamente cremoso. A entrada \u00e9, portanto, tamb\u00e9m&nbsp;<strong>vegan<\/strong>&nbsp;e muito&nbsp;<strong>rica em prote\u00ednas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salada-de-feijao-verde-e-o-molho-fresco\">Salada de feij\u00e3o verde e o molho fresco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta entrada tem muito sabor! Este sabor prov\u00e9m n\u00e3o s\u00f3 dos componentes individuais, mas tamb\u00e9m de um&nbsp;<strong>molho<\/strong>&nbsp;muito&nbsp;<strong>forte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>alho<\/strong>&nbsp;esmagado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>muito&nbsp;<strong>sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Raspa de lim\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O melhor&nbsp;<strong>azeite<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e uma boa pitada de&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/fa%C3%A7a-o-seu-pr%C3%B3prio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&#8217;atar<\/a><\/strong>a deliciosa mistura de especiarias de tomilho e sementes de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 isso. Mencionei que tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 muitas ervas frescas nesta salada de feij\u00e3o verde. Isso seria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hortel\u00e3<\/strong>&nbsp;fresca: Escolho sempre a hortel\u00e3 marroquina suave (supermercado).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coentros<\/strong>&nbsp;frescos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa<\/strong>&nbsp;de folha plana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o corto as ervas, mas apenas arranco as folhas dos caules e adiciono-as inteiras \u00e0 salada de feij\u00e3o verde. Ou corto os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alcachofra ao meio ou adiciono-os inteiros \u00e0 salada. Depende sempre do seu tamanho. Pode comprar alcachofras em frascos no supermercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferve-se o feij\u00e3o-verde por breves instantes para que se mantenha firme. Depois de ter colhido as ervas e de ter misturado o molho, adicione o feij\u00e3o verde diretamente ao molho enquanto ainda est\u00e1 quente, para que possa ficar de molho. Em seguida, pode juntar diretamente as ervas e a alcachofra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-cama-cremosa-para-a-salada-de-feijao\">A cama cremosa para a salada de feij\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O pur\u00e9 de feij\u00e3o \u00e9 muito r\u00e1pido de fazer. Tudo o que tem de fazer \u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feij\u00e3o branco cozido (em lata)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/fa%C3%A7a-o-seu-pr%C3%B3prio-tahini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tahini<\/a>&nbsp;(pur\u00e9 de s\u00e9samo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e raspa de lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>bata com a varinha m\u00e1gica e tempere com sal. Espalhe o pur\u00e9 num prato grande e coloque por cima a salada de feij\u00e3o verde com cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alcachofra e ervas arom\u00e1ticas. Se gostar de um molho particularmente forte, pode espalhar o resto do molho por cima. Eu gosto de acrescentar um pouco mais de za&#8217;atar e outro fio de azeite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combina bem com uma baguete estaladi\u00e7a e boa companhia.
