H\u00e1 tantos tipos diferentes de <strong>pasta de harissa<\/strong> e muitos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o suficientemente picantes para mim. Eu gosto de picante e foi por isso que comecei a fazer as minhas pr\u00f3prias pastas de especiarias. Aqui tens a minha <strong>receita de harissa<\/strong> para pratos salgados.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pasta-harissa-os-ingredientes-para-fazeres-tu-mesmo\">Pasta Harissa &#8211; os ingredientes para fazeres tu mesmo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente uso <strong>malaguetas tailandesas<\/strong> picantes para a minha <strong>mistura de especiarias harissa<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o tiro as sementes destas coisinhas nojentas para este fim. Isto torna-a muito picante. Podes comprar as pequenas malaguetas tailandesas secas em qualquer supermercado asi\u00e1tico e, muitas vezes, tamb\u00e9m no supermercado da esquina.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se preferires um <em>picante m\u00e9dio<\/em> ou apenas <em>suave<\/em>, podes, naturalmente, utilizar um tipo diferente de malagueta. As malaguetas s\u00e3o uma dessas coisas. H\u00e1 simplesmente muitas variedades e todas t\u00eam um sabor diferente e diferentes <strong>n\u00edveis de picante<\/strong>. Podes encontrar uma boa vis\u00e3o geral das variedades mais importantes em <a href=\"https:\/\/pepperworld.com\/chilisorten-ein-erster-uberblick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pepperworld<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m experimentei um pouco e misturei diferentes tipos de malaguetas nesta <strong>receita de harissa<\/strong> para obter o m\u00e1ximo de sabor poss\u00edvel. Foi por isso que troquei as malaguetas tailandesas por malaguetas mexicanas: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>11 g <strong>Arbol<\/strong>: tem um sabor ligeiramente fumado e \u00e9 muito picante Picante<strong>N\u00edvel depicante 7<\/strong> (de 1-10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>32 g <strong>Ancho<\/strong>: tem um sabor frutado, ligeiramente fumado e \u00e9 bastante suave<strong>Picante n\u00edvel 2<\/strong> (de 1-10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>17 g <strong>Pasilla<\/strong>: tem um sabor fumado e ligeiramente doce<strong>Picante n\u00edvel 4<\/strong> (de 1-10)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00e9 a mistura de malaguetas que utilizo para fazer a minha <strong>pr\u00f3pria harissa<\/strong>. As diferentes variedades significam que a pasta de malagueta n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas picante, mas tamb\u00e9m tem um sabor <strong>frutado e fumado<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, a mistura de especiarias harissa n\u00e3o tem apenas a ver com o picante, mas tamb\u00e9m com os muitos <strong>sabores<\/strong> que se revelam durante a cozedura. Na cozinha libanesa, os alimentos s\u00e3o frequentemente aromatizados com \u00e1gua de rosas, o que d\u00e1 \u00e0 harissa, em particular, uma nota muito especial e inesperadamente floral e delicada se adicionares algumas gotas \u00e0 pasta &#8211; experimenta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faz-a-tua-propria-harissa-uma-pasta-de-especiarias-salgadas-em-2-passos\">Faz a tua pr\u00f3pria harissa &#8211; uma pasta de especiarias salgadas em 2 passos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A harissa n\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizada para tornar a comida t\u00e3o picante quanto poss\u00edvel, mas para evocar aquele &#8220;Britzeln&#8221; especial na boca com uma dose direcionada e para real\u00e7ar o sabor do prato. Por isso, eu n\u00e3o usaria a pasta de harissa para mergulhar &#8211; mas sim para apimentar um <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/feta-dip-com-ab%c3%b3bora\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">molho<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9 assim que preparas a pasta de harissa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00f5e as malaguetas de molho, espreme o lim\u00e3o e descasca o alho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bate todos os ingredientes para a pasta de temperos num processador de alimentos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece muito simples, n\u00e3o achas? Por isso, deves come\u00e7ar imediatamente a fazer a tua pr\u00f3pria mistura de especiarias harissa. Usa <strong>luvas<\/strong> e certifica-te de que <strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong> deixas entrar o vapor da malagueta nos olhos ou que n\u00e3o o respiras.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que gostes de a preparar.
