E \u00e9 sem d\u00favida um dos meus <strong>bolos preferidos<\/strong>. Gosto muito do sabor especial da curcuma &#8211; mas tamb\u00e9m aprendi que o sabor n\u00e3o \u00e9 para todos. Mas se experimentar o Swoof, vai ficar com uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de sabor inesperada. Tamb\u00e9m tenho a receita para si, claro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bolo-amarelo-amarelo-de-curcuma\">Bolo amarelo, amarelo, de curcuma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Um pouco oleoso e seco&#8221;&#8230; \u00c9 isso mesmo! Este bolo amarelo \u00e9 feito com uma grande por\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>s\u00eamola<\/strong> e <strong>\u00f3leo<\/strong>. Isto \u00e9 feito sem o ovo, que normalmente \u00e9 misturado na massa do bolo. &#8220;\u00c9 de prop\u00f3sito &#8211; o Swoof n\u00e3o vem sozinho!&#8221;&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O swoof \u00e9 frequentemente servido com ch\u00e1 preto<strong>(chai<\/strong>, na verdade, aqui todo o ch\u00e1 se chama chai) ou com uma pequena ch\u00e1vena de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/mocha-com-cardamomo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mocha com cardamomo<\/a>. Pessoalmente, tamb\u00e9m gosto de beber um copo de <strong>leite<\/strong> quente com <strong>canela<\/strong> e uma pequena pitada de <strong>\u00e1gua de rosas<\/strong>. Quando mergulho um peda\u00e7o de bolo no leite, o Swoof liberta um pouco da sua cor dourada. Aquece-nos o cora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nao-e-um-pao-de-lo-classico\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 um p\u00e3o de l\u00f3 cl\u00e1ssico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O swoof \u00e9 um pouco mais seco do que os outros <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bolo-de-m\u00e1rmore-com-tahini-e-cardamomo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bolos de esponja<\/a>. Por isso, deve ser coberto depois de arrefecer, caso contr\u00e1rio perder\u00e1 humidade e ficar\u00e1 esfarelado. A consist\u00eancia do bolo dourado \u00e9 influenciada pela s\u00eamola.
