Quer seja pide com&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/pide-com-espinafres-e-queijo-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">espinafres e<\/a>&nbsp;queijo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/pide-com-espinafres-e-queijo-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">feta<\/a>&nbsp;ou com queijo ou com queijo e sucuk &#8211; eu era mesmo capaz de estar sempre a devorar estas deliciosas massas! Desenvolvi este&nbsp;<strong>pide com beringela<\/strong>&nbsp;e molho cremoso de tahini no outro dia, quando me sobrou beringela grelhada. E meu Deus, o resultado foi realmente fant\u00e1stico!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pide-inspirado-no-baba-ghanoush\">Pide &#8211; inspirado no Baba Ghanoush<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quem j\u00e1 conhece o meu blogue h\u00e1 algum tempo sabe que o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/creme-de-beringela-baba-ghanoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a>&nbsp;com creme de beringela \u00e9 simplesmente um dos meus favoritos absolutos. Ainda no outro dia peguei na receita e fiz uma&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/massa-de-beringela\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">massa<\/a>&nbsp;muito boa &#8211; simplesmente fant\u00e1stica! E agora o Baba Ghanoush inspirou-me a fazer este delicioso pide com beringela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aqueles que n\u00e3o sabem o que \u00e9 pide: O pide consiste numa&nbsp;<strong>massa de levedura<\/strong>&nbsp;fofa&nbsp;<strong>com uma cobertura \u00e0 sua escolha<\/strong>&nbsp;no topo. A massa de levedura \u00e9 depois moldada em forma de barco e, assim, segura perfeitamente a cobertura no meio. Em princ\u00edpio, \u00e9 bastante semelhante \u00e0 pizza &#8211; mas com uma forma diferente e um sabor diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, voltando ao pide com beringela: aqui, peguei simplesmente na&nbsp;<strong>massa do pide<\/strong>&nbsp;e coloquei uma beringela por cima, cozida no forno a uma temperatura elevada. Descasquei a beringela depois de cozida, como \u00e9 \u00f3bvio. Para o fazer, deixe a beringela arrefecer um pouco e, em seguida, pode beliscar a pele mesmo no talo e descasc\u00e1-la. Depois corta-se o talo e coloca-se toda a polpa sobre a massa levedada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, a beringela sabe ainda melhor quando \u00e9 grelhada corretamente sobre uma chama aberta. Assim, cozinha mais rapidamente e adquire um delicioso sabor a fumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de a polpa da beringela estar sobre a massa, basta dar-lhe a forma de um barco. Para o fazer, basta dobrar os lados, pression\u00e1-los ligeiramente e fechar bem as extremidades para que o pide n\u00e3o volte a perder a forma durante a cozedura. Depois \u00e9 s\u00f3 colocar tudo no forno e cozer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-cobertura-molho-de-tahini-e-sementes-de-roma\">A cobertura: Molho de tahini e sementes de rom\u00e3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto o pide com beringela est\u00e1 a assar no forno, pode preparar o molho tahini. Tudo o que precisa \u00e9 de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alguma \u00e1gua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimenta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O molho \u00e9 muito r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil de preparar.
