E este&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;arom\u00e1tico&nbsp;<strong>de azeitona<\/strong>&nbsp;n\u00e3o s\u00f3 cumpre os requisitos acima mencionados, como tamb\u00e9m cont\u00e9m todas as del\u00edcias culin\u00e1rias do Levante. Bem, n\u00e3o \u00e9 bem assim &#8211; mas&nbsp;<strong>o halloumi<\/strong>, as&nbsp;<strong>azeitonas<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>a hortel\u00e3 seca<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e3o no topo da lista de ingredientes da cozinha do Levante. E com estes ingredientes cozemos uma&nbsp;<strong>Hellimli Bitta<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-halloumi-queijo-de-chipre\">Halloumi &#8211; Queijo de Chipre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Halloumi \u00e9 o queijo pelo qual Chipre \u00e9 famoso e adorado em todo o mundo. Para o p\u00e3o de azeitona de Chipre, chamado Hellimli Bitta, o queijo \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel! O&nbsp;<strong>queijo rangente<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9 produzido na ilha mediterr\u00e2nica desde os tempos antigos e \u00e9 uma das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;<strong>mais importantes<\/strong>, juntamente com as azeitonas e os citrinos. O ouro branco da ilha pode ser fabricado com&nbsp;<strong>leite de<\/strong>&nbsp;vaca,&nbsp;<strong>de<\/strong>&nbsp;cabra ou de ovelha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O valor do pH \u00e9 mais elevado do que o do queijo semiduro normal e \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual o Halloumi&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;derrete. Por esta raz\u00e3o, acaba muitas vezes no nosso grelhador e \u00e9 mais conhecido aqui como&nbsp;<strong>queijo grelhado<\/strong>. Note-se, no entanto, que nem todos os queijos grelhados s\u00e3o verdadeiros Halloumi! Para al\u00e9m disso, o valor do pH \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela consist\u00eancia firme do queijo e tamb\u00e9m pelo chiado. A sua carater\u00edstica fenda no meio da roda de queijo \u00e9 obtida dobrando-a antes de a prensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>As caracter\u00edsticas mais importantes de um bom halloumi s\u00e3o resumidas de forma sucinta:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O Halloumi \u00e9 o emblema culin\u00e1rio de Chipre (e o melhor \u00e9 comprar o original)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Halloumi \u00e9 fabricado com leite de cabra, ovelha e\/ou vaca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Halloumi tem uma textura el\u00e1stica e chia quando \u00e9 mastigado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Halloumi n\u00e3o derrete a altas temperaturas devido ao processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Halloumi tem uma fenda no meio devido ao processo de dobragem e prensagem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Halloumi tem um sabor picante e \u00e9 muito salgado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Halloumi n\u00e3o \u00e9 vegetariano porque \u00e9 produzido (tal como o Parmes\u00e3o) com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de coalho. No entanto, existem atualmente processos que n\u00e3o requerem a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de coalho animal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hellimli-bitta-cozinhar-pao-de-azeitona-suculento\">Hellimli Bitta: Cozinhar p\u00e3o de azeitona suculento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora j\u00e1 sabe quais as condi\u00e7\u00f5es que o halloumi para o seu p\u00e3o de azeitonas deve preencher. Para al\u00e9m do halloumi, as azeitonas s\u00e3o um ingrediente importante. Recomendo&nbsp;<strong>as azeitonas Kalamata<\/strong>&nbsp;porque t\u00eam um sabor particularmente picante e frutado. Como gosto de poupar alguns passos, compro sempre as sem caro\u00e7o. O terceiro ingrediente importante \u00e9 a hortel\u00e3 seca. Certifique-se de que a hortel\u00e3 seca \u00e9 de boa qualidade para que seja tamb\u00e9m agradavelmente arom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passemos \u00e0 cozedura do p\u00e3o de azeitona. A massa \u00e9 bastante h\u00famida e lembra-me um pouco a focaccia, porque se cola facilmente \u00e0s m\u00e3os. Mas tamb\u00e9m a&nbsp;<strong>t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>: esticar, dobrar e dobrar para dentro, faz lembrar a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do cl\u00e1ssico italiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de o p\u00e3o de azeitona ter sido bem dobrado e ter tido tempo para levedar, \u00e9 polvilhado com&nbsp;<strong>sementes de s\u00e9samo<\/strong>&nbsp;e cozido num forno quente at\u00e9 ficar estaladi\u00e7o. \u00c9 claro que sabe melhor acabado de sair do forno! noopener\">labneh<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/manteiga-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manteiga za&#8217;atar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divirta-se a
