Gosto muito de fazer experi\u00eancias com os cl\u00e1ssicos da cozinha oriental e dar-lhes um novo impulso. Desta vez, foi a vez do incrivelmente delicioso\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/creme-de-beringela-baba-ghanoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a>\u00a0de creme de beringela. Meu Deus, quem me dera ter feito isto muito mais cedo: esta fus\u00e3o \u00e9 realmente incrivelmente deliciosa e a receita \u00e9 r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil de fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nasce-um-novo-classico\">Nasce um novo cl\u00e1ssico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mim, esta massa de beringela \u00e9 j\u00e1 um novo cl\u00e1ssico moderno! Raramente duas cozinhas do mundo se combinam t\u00e3o bem como nesta receita:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/a-cozinha-do-elevador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Levante<\/a>&nbsp;encontra It\u00e1lia! E, para mim, esta receita tamb\u00e9m merece o seu pr\u00f3prio nome. Batizo-a:&nbsp;<strong>Basta Ghanoush<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, tudo o que precisa para esta receita \u00e9 o cl\u00e1ssico creme de beringela do Levante. O Baba Ghanoush \u00e9 especialmente apreciado pelo seu sabor intenso com maravilhosos aromas torrados e c\u00edtricos. A pele da beringela deve estar bem carbonizada. O fumo penetra ent\u00e3o na carne e d\u00e1 \u00e0 beringela o sabor fumado carater\u00edstico que torna este creme de beringela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a massa de beringela, modifiquei ligeiramente a receita de baba ghanoush. N\u00e3o alterei os ingredientes. Estes continuam a ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aubergine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimenta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez que o esparguete absorve muito do sabor, aumentei a quantidade de tahini e lim\u00e3o para fazer justi\u00e7a \u00e0 massa de beringela. A beringela tamb\u00e9m se desmancha depois de a tirar do forno. Depois disso, s\u00f3 tem de a descascar. Pode faz\u00ea-lo muito facilmente \u00e0 m\u00e3o. No entanto, certifique-se de que a beringela arrefeceu um pouco, caso contr\u00e1rio, pode facilmente queimar os dedos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para descascar, basta beliscar a pele na parte superior do talo da beringela e pux\u00e1-la.
