E quando, no outro dia, estava na prateleira das charcutarias do supermercado e vi todas as latas e frascos, comprei imediatamente todos os ingredientes para as folhas de videira recheadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chegou finalmente a altura e preparei esta fant\u00e1stica <strong>receita de folhas de videira recheadas<\/strong>, um cl\u00e1ssico da cozinha Levantina! Um componente perfeito para qualquer <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/?taxonomy=wprm_course&amp;term=mezze\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mezze<\/a>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-para-as-folhas-de-videira-recheadas\">Ingredientes para as folhas de videira recheadas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, n\u00e3o \u00e9 dif\u00edcil fazeres <strong>tu mesmo as folhas de videira recheadas<\/strong>. A acidez real\u00e7a o sabor das folhas de videira. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, os ingredientes para as folhas de videira recheadas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o extravagantes, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o, talvez, das folhas de videira. A lavagem reduz o teor de sal.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basta <strong>colocar<\/strong> o <strong>recheio<\/strong> em cada folha de videira inserida e enrol\u00e1-la. Repete todo o processo at\u00e9 que n\u00e3o haja mais recheio ou n\u00e3o haja mais folha de videira. Claro que isto n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que possa ser feito em cinco minutos, por isso tira algum tempo, ouve um podcast ou um livro \u00e1udio e acaba de enrolar os rolos de folha de videira.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antes de as folhas de videira recheadas acabarem na panela, a base \u00e9 primeiro forrada com <strong>rodelas de batata<\/strong>. As rodelas protegem os rolos de ficarem demasiado quentes. Assim, n\u00e3o se colam.
