A massa forma um miolo fofo no interior e uma crosta fina no exterior. Como eu, senta-se \u00e0 frente do forno e observa impacientemente o processo de cozedura? Porque cheira t\u00e3o bem, quero provar o&nbsp;<strong>bolinho de massa<\/strong>&nbsp;assim que sai do forno. Mas \u00e9 claro que est\u00e1 sempre demasiado quente e queimo os dedos. E, no entanto, \u00e9 um espet\u00e1culo que me emociona sempre &#8211; e \u00e9 por isso que deve mesmo&nbsp;<strong>fazer p\u00e3o pita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faca-os-seus-proprios-pita-pockets-veganos-rapido-e-facil\">Fa\u00e7a os seus pr\u00f3prios pita pockets veganos &#8211; r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;precisa de muitos ingredientes para fazer os seus pr\u00f3prios p\u00e3es pita fofos. E os que precisa s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m puramente&nbsp;<strong>vegetais<\/strong>. Assim, qualquer pessoa que tenha uma dieta&nbsp;<strong>vegan<\/strong>&nbsp;pode encher um saco de p\u00e3o. Para a massa, precisa dos seguintes ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farinha de trigo (tipo 550; excelente para p\u00e3o e p\u00e3ezinhos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fermento seco (claro que tamb\u00e9m pode usar fermento fresco)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1gua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00e7\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/36Vq6LL\">Azeite de oliva<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quase toda a gente tem estes&nbsp;<strong>ingredientes b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>&nbsp;no seu arm\u00e1rio e, no caso dos p\u00e3es pita, s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de encontrar. Agora, basta misturar todos os ingredientes, um ap\u00f3s o outro. A forma mais f\u00e1cil de o fazer \u00e9 com um processador de alimentos e o seu gancho para massa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como nem toda a gente tem um processador de alimentos, tamb\u00e9m pode utilizar uma batedeira com um gancho para massa ou simplesmente usar as m\u00e3os. Depois, vai sentir&nbsp;<strong>a<\/strong>&nbsp;massa &#8211; precisa de ser amassada durante alguns minutos e vai notar como a sua&nbsp;<strong>consist\u00eancia<\/strong>&nbsp;muda. A massa \u00e9 bastante&nbsp;<strong>h\u00famida<\/strong>, mas&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;deve agarrar-se&nbsp;<strong>aos<\/strong>&nbsp;dedos depois de amassada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparou a massa rapidamente &#8211; agora d\u00ea-lhe um pouco de&nbsp;<strong>tempo<\/strong>&nbsp;para desenvolver. Quando estiver bem crescida, pode continuar a trabalh\u00e1-la. Divida a massa em peda\u00e7os mais pequenos e deixe-os repousar durante alguns minutos antes de os enrolar em riss\u00f3is redondos ou ovais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os p\u00e3es pita s\u00f3 precisam de alguns minutos no forno.&nbsp;<strong>Importante<\/strong>: Aque\u00e7a o forno corretamente! Pode ent\u00e3o sentar-se em frente ao forno e ver os p\u00e3es pita a serem cozinhados &#8211; \u00e0 medida que a massa&nbsp;<strong>incha<\/strong>&nbsp;lentamente. \u00c9 um belo espet\u00e1culo e cheira t\u00e3o bem por todo o lado!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recheio de pita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O recheio do seu saco de pita depende inteiramente de si.
