Mas n\u00e3o tem de ser sempre doce, pois n\u00e3o? Esta babka saborosa com feta e za&#8217;atar acrescenta um toque de especiarias \u00e0 mesa. Crosta levemente estaladi\u00e7a, migalhas fofas e recheio de creme de feta arom\u00e1tico &#8211; que mais se pode querer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-enchimento\">O enchimento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Babka \u00e9 frequentemente cozida com compota, chocolate ou canela. Na verdade, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 limites para a sua imagina\u00e7\u00e3o quando se trata do enchimento. O principal \u00e9 que n\u00e3o \u00e9 demasiado corrente ou que se p\u00f5e demasiado. Depois corte o babka com feta e za&#8217;atar em fatias de qualquer espessura e desfrute! Ligeiramente estaladi\u00e7o por fora, agrad\u00e1vel e fofo e picante por dentro &#8211; \u00e9 assim que eu gosto de comida assada! E para que seja exactamente assim, \u00e9 preciso um pouco de tempo. Porque a massa para o seu n\u00f3 de levedura arom\u00e1tica precisa de se levantar algumas vezes durante alguns minutos. Uma receita perfeita para o fim-de-semana, quando a pr\u00f3xima festa est\u00e1 a chegar ou quando est\u00e1 planeado um churrasco. Enquanto est\u00e1 a subir, pode preparar outras coisas ou simplesmente n\u00e3o fazer nada e relaxar no sof\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A<strong>minha dica secreta:<\/strong>&nbsp;Babka com feta e za&#8217;atar sabe ainda melhor se manchares um pouco de manteiga na tua fatia.
