Por vezes, isto acontece de forma subconsciente. Foi o caso desta deliciosa&nbsp;<strong>massa de lim\u00e3o harissa<\/strong>&nbsp;com camar\u00f5es e alcachofras. Acontece que eu tinha todos os ingredientes em casa e decidi-me por eles. A receita \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil e r\u00e1pida de fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quando-a-vida-lhe-der-limoes-faca-massa-de-limao\">Quando a vida lhe der lim\u00f5es, fa\u00e7a massa de lim\u00e3o!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gosto de cozinhar espontaneamente. Apenas com a intui\u00e7\u00e3o e com os ingredientes que tenho em casa. Claro que nem toda a gente tem&nbsp;<strong>cora\u00e7\u00f5es de<\/strong>&nbsp;alcachofra e&nbsp;<strong>camar\u00f5es<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 m\u00e3o. Mas, por sorte, ainda tinha uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o destes pequenos crust\u00e1ceos no congelador. Como n\u00e3o duram para sempre, tinham de ser aproveitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenho sempre cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alcachofra conservados em \u00e1gua no meu arm\u00e1rio. Tamb\u00e9m tenho sempre&nbsp;<strong>lim\u00f5es<\/strong>&nbsp;e pelo menos um pacote de&nbsp;<strong>esparguete<\/strong>. De alguma forma, pensei diretamente na massa de lim\u00e3o &#8211; mas com um toque especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gosto de picante e decidi apimentar este delicioso e&nbsp;<strong>simples prato de massa<\/strong>&nbsp;com uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/harissa-com-%C3%A1gua-de-rosas\/\">&nbsp;<\/a><strong>Harissa<\/strong>. Harissa \u00e9 um tempero picante feito de malagueta, alho e algumas especiarias. Pode ser comprado na sec\u00e7\u00e3o de charcutaria dos supermercados, em supermercados orientais ou online. Mas tamb\u00e9m pode fazer harissa facilmente.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/harissa-com-%C3%A1gua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aqui<\/a>&nbsp;mostro-lhe como o fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a massa de lim\u00e3o Harissa precisa dos seguintes ingredientes. Aqui est\u00e1 uma vis\u00e3o geral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spaghetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Camar\u00f5es (ou camar\u00f5es vegetais)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alcachofra do frasco em \u00e1gua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lim\u00f5es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natas (ou creme vegetal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmes\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za&#8217;atar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sempre, encontrar\u00e1 as quantidades e as instru\u00e7\u00f5es passo a passo&nbsp;<strong>abaixo<\/strong>&nbsp;no cart\u00e3o de receitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-massas-feitas-rapida-e-facilmente\">Massas: feitas r\u00e1pida e facilmente!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A massa de lim\u00e3o Harissa fica pronta em cerca de 30 minutos e est\u00e1 quente e deliciosa na mesa. Perfeita para um&nbsp;<strong>almo\u00e7o r\u00e1pido<\/strong>&nbsp;ou depois do trabalho. Enquanto o molho est\u00e1 a ser preparado, pode aquecer a \u00e1gua da massa e cozer o esparguete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeiro, frito os camar\u00f5es em azeite diretamente com harissa. Desta forma, absorvem diretamente o sabor picante da pasta de malagueta. Em seguida, adiciono o alho, que aromatiza o azeite e os camar\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois, deglaceie tudo com sumo de lim\u00e3o, que fica bem impregnado e d\u00e1 o nome \u00e0 massa de lim\u00e3o. Adoro a acidez fresca do lim\u00e3o, que real\u00e7a realmente o sabor dos outros ingredientes e, de qualquer modo, combina sempre bem com peixe e marisco. Em seguida, juntam-se os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alcachofra cortados ao meio, que se separam parcialmente durante a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para dar cremosidade \u00e0 massa Harissa Lemon Pasta, adiciono um bom bocado de natas e deixo o parmes\u00e3o ralado derreter no molho e tamb\u00e9m ralo a casca de um lim\u00e3o inteiro n\u00e3o tratado no molho. Depois tempero com sal e pimenta e vejo o molho a borbulhar enquanto a massa ainda est\u00e1 a cozinhar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de coar o esparguete, adiciono-o ao molho, misturo tudo e deixo a Harissa Lemon Pasta repousar durante cerca de 3 minutos antes de a servir. Se quiser, pode ralar mais parmes\u00e3o por cima da massa e polvilhar com uma pitada de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/fa%C3%A7a-o-seu-pr%C3%B3prio-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Za&#8217;atar<\/a>. O Za&#8217;atar \u00e9 uma deliciosa mistura de especiarias com tomilho, sementes de s\u00e9samo torradas e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/sumac-tempero-de-mesa-do-elevador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sumagre<\/a>. Pode obt\u00ea-la em qualquer boa loja de especiarias ou online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sugest\u00e3o para quem quer evitar carne \/ produtos de origem animal<\/strong>: A massa tamb\u00e9m funciona perfeitamente com, por exemplo, creme de aveia e pode deixar de fora os camar\u00f5es ou utilizar as alternativas vegetais feitas, por exemplo, de soja. Ou experimente a minha deliciosa massa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/massas-com-legumes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">com legumes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verdade,
