Tem frango e um molho delicioso \ud83d\ude09 Mas na verdade, este prato fant\u00e1stico chama-se&nbsp;<strong>fatteh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Fatteh vem em muitas variedades diferentes &#8211; a mais conhecida e provavelmente a mais popular \u00e9 a que tem frango. Est\u00e1 bem, mas afinal o que \u00e9 fatteh? Fatteh significa &#8220;arrancado&#8221; ou &#8220;depenado&#8221;. A prop\u00f3sito, a palavra est\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m em&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-colorida-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fattoush<\/a>. Ambas as receitas t\u00eam uma coisa deliciosa em comum: p\u00e3o pita estaladi\u00e7o, puxado ou partido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta receita, o p\u00e3o pita \u00e9 cozido no forno at\u00e9 ficar realmente estaladi\u00e7o, depois partido (\u00e9 claro que n\u00e3o se pode cort\u00e1-lo em peda\u00e7os ou rasg\u00e1-lo de antem\u00e3o) e depois forma uma base deliciosa para o frango, o molho de iogurte tahini e o gr\u00e3o de bico tenro. E porque isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente, adicionar algumas ervas frescas e pinh\u00f5es assados em ghee ou manteiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crocante, tenro, saboroso, fresco e com nozes &#8211; o sabor \u00e9 fabuloso. Adoro tirar um peda\u00e7o de p\u00e3o pita da camada inferior e ter todos os componentes sobre ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gostamos de ter tudo para o pequeno-almo\u00e7o no fim-de-semana. Sim, os libaneses gostam de ouvir de manh\u00e3 \ud83d\ude42<br>Mas, claro, fatteh \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m um almo\u00e7o ou jantar fant\u00e1stico. Por isso n\u00e3o deixe que nenhuma hora do dia o impe\u00e7a &#8211; a menos que tenha uma data nesse dia&#8230; Alerta de alho!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, por uma vez n\u00e3o fui eu que recebi esta receita da minha m\u00e3e, mas sim do meu pai.
