No entanto, h\u00e1 algumas coisas que ela adora comer. Uma \u00e9 o tomate &#8211; ela j\u00e1 deveria estar vermelho vivo no rosto. Depois h\u00e1 o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tabouleh<\/a>. No outro dia, quando est\u00e1vamos a fazer um churrasco e a minha irm\u00e3 estava a fazer uma&nbsp;<em>salada<\/em>&nbsp;na cozinha, a minha sobrinha acabou de exclamar, TABOOOUUULEEH!!!! Mas, para sua surpresa, houve&nbsp;<strong>fattoush<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O seu aspecto tornou-se um pouco pedregoso quando a minha irm\u00e3 lhe disse que ia ser &#8220;fattoush&#8221; e n\u00e3o taboul\u00e9. &#8220;O que \u00e9 fattoush?&#8221; perguntou ela, horrorizada. &#8220;N\u00e3o fatsh, fattoush&#8221;. \u00c9 uma salada mista&#8221;, respondeu a minha irm\u00e3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Com tomates?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para seu deleite, os tomates tamb\u00e9m v\u00e3o para Fattoush &#8211; mas tamb\u00e9m muito mais. Os tomates s\u00e3o unidos por alface romana estaladi\u00e7a, rabanetes, pimentos, pepinos, cebolinhas e purslane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purslane parece muito semelhante \u00e0 alface-de-cordeiro, mas tem muitas folhas mais carnudas e sabe ligeiramente a nozes. Infelizmente, o purslane n\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em todas as esquinas e em todos os momentos. \u00c9 por isso que por vezes utilizo a alface-de-cordeiro mais branca como alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sumac-amp-fichas-de-pao\">Sumac &amp; Fichas de P\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O molho tamb\u00e9m tem um ingrediente especial:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/sumac-tempero-de-mesa-do-elevador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sumac.<\/a><br>Se j\u00e1 leu algumas das minhas outras receitas, provavelmente j\u00e1 se deparou com esta especiaria antes. Tem um sabor ligeiramente \u00e1cido e azedo e d\u00e1 \u00e0 salada o seu sabor caracter\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No conjunto, Fattoush \u00e9 uma salada colorida que \u00e9 perfeita para a primavera e o ver\u00e3o. Mas o que torna a Fattoush especial s\u00e3o as estaladi\u00e7as lascas de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p%C3%A3o-pita-leban%C3%AAs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o<\/a>&nbsp;feitas de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p%C3%A3o-pita-leban%C3%AAs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o pita<\/a>&nbsp;bem frito. O nome Fattoush tamb\u00e9m vem da palavra \u00e1rabe &#8220;fitt&#8221;, que significa &#8220;rasgar&#8221;. Isto refere-se ao rasgar \/ partir do p\u00e3o pita. Assim, basta parti-lo em peda\u00e7os e espalh\u00e1-lo sobre a salada.
