O tempero amarelo tem sido uma coisa importante na cozinha ayurv\u00e9dica h\u00e1 s\u00e9culos! Mas se o est\u00e1s a redescobrir por ti pr\u00f3prio nestes dias &#8211; isso \u00e9 uma coisa boa! O p\u00f3 da raiz com o nome pouco atraente&nbsp;<em>a\u00e7afr\u00e3o-da-terra<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e9 na realidade um pequeno tub\u00e9rculo milagroso! Portanto, coma mais curcuma \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer tantas coisas deliciosas com ele. Para al\u00e9m do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bolo-de-a%C3%A7afr%C3%A3o-da-%C3%ADndia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">swoof de bolo de<\/a>&nbsp;curcuma, este pudim de arroz com curcuma e um bom boneco de tahini \u00e9 o meu favorito absoluto de inf\u00e2ncia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A receita \u00e9 t\u00e3o r\u00e1pida de fazer que muitas vezes t\u00ednhamos isto em vez de chocolate. Quando eu era crian\u00e7a, sempre pensei que se comesse coisas suficientes com a\u00e7afr\u00e3o-da-terra, ficaria amarelo como Bart Simpson. N\u00e3o sei porque queria tanto parecer um personagem de cartoon amarelo. Hehe&#8230; Bem, por esta altura j\u00e1 me consigo identificar mais com o Homer do que com o Bart de qualquer maneira. N\u00c3O!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o que este pudim de arroz precise dele, mas ainda gosto dele com uma cobertura l\u00edquida de xarope de t\u00e2mara. Utilizo simplesmente o xarope que \u00e9 normalmente utilizado para o jallab da bebida da data. O xarope fumado s\u00f3 tem uma grande mistura de t\u00e2maras e \u00e1gua de rosas que eu gosto muito &#8211; e combina perfeitamente com o curcuma e os pinh\u00f5es tostados. Pode obter xarope de jallab em qualquer supermercado oriental ou online &#8211; e se n\u00e3o estiver t\u00e3o interessado em datas, basta adicionar um bocado de molho de chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E acredite em mim: quando servir este pudim de arroz aos seus amigos, eles ficar\u00e3o espantados, e n\u00e3o s\u00f3 por causa da grande cor&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
