Depois podes <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/congelar-o-grao-de-bico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congel\u00e1-los<\/a> em por\u00e7\u00f5es e ter sempre ervilhas prontas \u00e0 m\u00e3o quando precisares delas rapidamente.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poupa tempo: <\/strong>Com uma panela de press\u00e3o, as ervilhas demolhadas s\u00f3 precisam de 20 minutos para cozinhar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calcula as por\u00e7\u00f5es corretamente: <\/strong>100 g de gr\u00e3o-de-bico seco d\u00e3o aproximadamente 200 g de ervilhas cozidas depois de demolhadas e cozinhadas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dica extra: <\/strong>Se estiveres com pressa, tamb\u00e9m podes utilizar gr\u00e3o-de-bico em lata ou em frasco. Basta deitares as ervilhas num passador e pass\u00e1-las uma vez por \u00e1gua corrente.
