Especialmente se tiveres alguma sobra ou se quiseres t\u00ea-la em stock pronta a cozinhar. Isto significa que nunca mais ter\u00e1s de recorrer a gr\u00e3o-de-bico enlatado pr\u00e9-cozinhado. Vou mostrar-te como congelar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico e o que deves ter em conta ao faz\u00ea-lo.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-congela-o-grao-de-bico-ve-aqui-como-funciona\">Congela o gr\u00e3o-de-bico: V\u00ea aqui como funciona!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Escrevi este artigo porque me perguntaram vezes sem conta se podes congelar gr\u00e3o-de-bico cozido. A resposta \u00e9: Sim, podes congelar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico! \u00c9 muito f\u00e1cil de fazer.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A minha m\u00e3e, em particular, gosta de cozinhar o seu gr\u00e3o-de-bico e depois congel\u00e1-lo para ter sempre algum pronto a cozinhar. \u00c9 assim que conserva o gr\u00e3o-de-bico cozido. E depois usa-os para fazer pratos deliciosos. Por exemplo, um delicioso <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/receita-de-humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00famus<\/a> ou um <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/guisado-de-gr%c3%a3o-de-bico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">guisado de gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/a>. Para mim, no entanto, tamb\u00e9m pode ser uma sopa cremosa de gr\u00e3o-de-bico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para congelar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico, segue estes passos simples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00f5e o gr\u00e3o-de-bico seco de molho<\/strong>: Antes de congelar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico, deves demolh\u00e1-lo e cozinh\u00e1-lo. Antes de cozinhar, deves demolhar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico em \u00e1gua abundante durante, pelo menos, 12 horas.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cozinha o gr\u00e3o-de-bico demolhado<\/strong>: Depois de demolhado, o gr\u00e3o-de-bico tem de ser cozinhado. Podes encontrar tudo o que precisas de saber sobre a cozedura do gr\u00e3o-de-bico <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/cozinhar-o-grao-de-bico-aqui-tens-como\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neste artigo.<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seca o gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/strong>: Depois de cozido, deves coar bem o gr\u00e3o-de-bico e deix\u00e1-lo secar. Quanto menos h\u00famidas estiverem as ervilhas, melhor poder\u00e1s reparti-las quando congeladas. N\u00e3o se colar\u00e3o tanto. Podes tamb\u00e9m coloc\u00e1-los sobre um pano de cozinha seco e esfreg\u00e1-los para secar.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Congela <strong>o gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/strong>: Podes colocar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico preparado num saco de congela\u00e7\u00e3o ou numa caixa de congela\u00e7\u00e3o e depois congel\u00e1-lo no congelador.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tiveres restos de gr\u00e3o-de-bico cozido, os passos 1 e 2 n\u00e3o s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios. O gr\u00e3o-de-bico congelado conserva-se durante cerca de 4 meses.
