O calor direto permite que o sabor a noz do s\u00e9samo se desenvolva melhor.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passa as sementes de s\u00e9samo por <strong>\u00e1gua fria<\/strong> e coloca-as num pano limpo.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aquece<\/strong> uma frigideira seca em lume m\u00e9dio <strong>sem \u00f3leo<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca as <strong>sementes de s\u00e9samo h\u00famidas<\/strong> na frigideira e certifica-te de que est\u00e3o numa <strong>camada fina<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depois <strong>mexe<\/strong> as sementes de s\u00e9samo continuamente.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fica de olho nas sementes e espera at\u00e9 ficarem <strong>douradas<\/strong> e come\u00e7arem a <strong>cheirar<\/strong> aromaticamente e a estalar. Quanto mais escuro for o gr\u00e3o, mais forte \u00e9 a torrefa\u00e7\u00e3o. At\u00e9 j\u00e1 usei sementes de s\u00e9samo n\u00e3o descascadas porque cont\u00eam ainda mais nutrientes importantes que, de outra forma, se perderiam quando fossem descascadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, ao torrar as sementes de s\u00e9samo com casca, tens de prestar muita aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s sementes, pois \u00e9 dif\u00edcil reconhecer o quanto j\u00e1 foram torradas. Presta aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao crepitar e ao cheiro das sementes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-melhor-forma-de-armazenar-sementes-de-sesamo-acabadas-de-torrar\">A melhor forma de armazenar sementes de s\u00e9samo acabadas de torrar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podes conservar as sementes de s\u00e9samo torradas durante v\u00e1rios meses se as guardares num recipiente <strong>herm\u00e9tico<\/strong> e <strong>seco<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dica:<\/strong> O s\u00e9samo gosta de ser escuro para conservar os seus sabores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-utiliza-sementes-de-sesamo-torradas-nas-minhas-receitas\">Utiliza sementes de s\u00e9samo torradas nas minhas receitas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As sementes de s\u00e9samo torradas acrescentam muitas vezes aquele sabor extra, seja como cobertura para saladas e <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/pao-sirio-turco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o<\/a> achatado ou em <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bolachas-de-gergelim\/#recipe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biscoitos de s\u00e9samo<\/a> estaladi\u00e7os.
