Estou sempre a ouvir esta pergunta e, por isso, reuni toda a informa\u00e7\u00e3o importante para te ajudar a <strong>preparar corretamente o bulgur<\/strong>. Podes depois utilizar o trigo cozido para diferentes <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/bulgur-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">varia\u00e7\u00f5es de bulgur<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cozinhar-o-bulgur-de-quanta-agua-precisas\">Cozinhar o bulgur &#8211; de quanta \u00e1gua precisas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cozinhar o bulgur corretamente, precisas da propor\u00e7\u00e3o certa de \u00e1gua. Se usares demasiada \u00e1gua, pode ficar <strong>mole<\/strong> e, se usares pouca, fica <strong>granulado<\/strong> e n\u00e3o cozinha bem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>propor\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de bulgur para \u00e1gua \u00e9 de <strong>1:2<\/strong> para obteres o tamanho de gr\u00e3o perfeito. Por isso, precisas de <strong>duas<\/strong> partes de \u00e1gua para <strong>uma<\/strong> parte de bulgur: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precisas de <strong>2 ch\u00e1venas de<\/strong> \u00e1gua para <strong>1 ch\u00e1vena<\/strong> de bulgur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precisas de <strong>200 g de<\/strong> \u00e1gua para<strong> 100 g de<\/strong> bulgur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, basta <strong>duplicar a<\/strong> quantidade de \u00e1gua para preparar corretamente o bulgur &#8211; \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de lembrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cozinhar-bulgur-quanto-tempo-e-que-os-graos-de-trigo-tem-de-ficar-de-molho\">Cozinhar bulgur &#8211; quanto tempo \u00e9 que os gr\u00e3os de trigo t\u00eam de ficar de molho?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verdade, o bulgur <strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 cozinhado corretamente, mas deita-se \u00e1gua quente <strong>sobre ele<\/strong> e depois <strong>incha<\/strong>. Por isso, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 muito que possa correr mal quando preparas o bulgur, uma vez que n\u00e3o pode cozer demasiado ou queimar.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso do bulgur fino, em particular, \u00e9 importante que o deixes inchar, porque \u00e9 de gr\u00e3o muito fino e, por isso, pode cozer demasiado depressa. \u00c9 ideal para o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tabule<\/a> <strong>de salada de salsa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basicamente,<\/strong> deita \u00e1gua a ferver sobre o bulgur numa panela ou numa tigela e deixa-o de molho <strong>durante<\/strong> cerca de <strong>10-15 minutos<\/strong>. Tapa a tigela ou a panela depois de deitar a \u00e1gua, para que o calor n\u00e3o possa escapar t\u00e3o rapidamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-quantidade-de-bulgur-e-necessaria-por-pessoa\">Que quantidade de bulgur \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria por pessoa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u00famero de gramas varia consoante queiras servi-lo como <strong>acompanhamento<\/strong> ou <strong>prato principal<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9m faz diferen\u00e7a se est\u00e1s a preparar o bulgur para crian\u00e7as ou adultos, uma vez que as crian\u00e7as tendem a comer menos. Podes seguir estas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como <strong>acompanhamento<\/strong>, precisas de cerca de <strong>60-80 g de<\/strong> bulgur seco <strong>por pessoa<\/strong>. No entanto, se quiseres servir como <strong>prato principal<\/strong>, por exemplo, como pilaf, usa <strong>80-100 g<\/strong> de bulgur seco <strong>por pessoa<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para <strong>2 pessoas<\/strong>, precisas de cerca de <strong>120 g de<\/strong> bulgur como acompanhamento ou <strong>160 g<\/strong> como refei\u00e7\u00e3o principal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para <strong>4 pessoas<\/strong>, precisas de cerca de <strong>240 g de<\/strong> bulgur como acompanhamento ou <strong>320<\/strong> g como refei\u00e7\u00e3o principal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparar-corretamente-o-bulgur-a-receita-basica\">Preparar corretamente o bulgur &#8211; a receita b\u00e1sica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Bulgur \u00e9 um produto de trigo <strong>pr\u00e9-cozinhado<\/strong>, por isso podes com\u00ea-lo <strong>cru<\/strong> se quiseres. No entanto, n\u00e3o \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel porque fica bastante duro e pouco apetitoso.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aconselha-se frequentemente a lavar o bulgur antes de o cozinhar. No entanto, <strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong> precisas de o fazer, uma vez que as impurezas s\u00e3o removidas previamente.
