Existem diferentes tipos, mas <strong>de que \u00e9 feito o bulgur?<\/strong> Este artigo diz-te tudo o que precisas de saber sobre o <strong>bulgur<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-was-genau-ist-bulgur\">O que \u00e9 exatamente o bulgur?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>O Bulgur<\/strong> \u00e9 um <strong>produto de trigo<\/strong> pr\u00e9-cozinhado feito de trigo duro e \u00e9 um <strong>alimento b\u00e1sico<\/strong> no Levante e no M\u00e9dio Oriente. Agora tamb\u00e9m encontrou o seu lugar nas prateleiras dos nossos supermercados e \u00e9 utilizado em muitos pratos. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aus-was-besteht-bulgur\">De que \u00e9 feito o bulgur?<\/h3>\n\n<p>O bulgur tradicional \u00e9 feito de <strong>trigo duro<\/strong>. No entanto, atualmente existem tamb\u00e9m variedades regionais \u00e0 base de <strong>espelta<\/strong>, <strong>trigo mourisco<\/strong> ou <strong>cevada<\/strong>. Por este motivo, o bulgur <strong>n\u00e3o \u00e9 isento de gl\u00faten<\/strong>.  Em alternativa, podes usar <strong>bulgur de trigo sarraceno<\/strong>, por exemplo, porque o trigo sarraceno \u00e9 naturalmente isento de gl\u00faten. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
