A origem exacta ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 totalmente clara. Mas, pelo menos, pode ser um pouco mais restrita. Aqui tens uma vis\u00e3o geral da hist\u00f3ria da baklava e das origens desta iguaria oriental.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-origem-da-baklava\">A origem da baklava<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo que a origem n\u00e3o seja, em geral, decisiva para o sabor <strong>estaladi\u00e7o e aveludado<\/strong> da baklava, compreendo perfeitamente que ainda estejas curioso. A baklava \u00e9 uma massa doce do <strong>M\u00e9dio Oriente<\/strong>. No entanto, a origem da baklava \u00e9 um tema muito debatido &#8211; mas existem pelo menos algumas pistas e teorias sobre as suas origens.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De acordo com algumas teorias, <strong>os ass\u00edrios <\/strong>j\u00e1 preparavam um tipo de baklava <strong>no s\u00e9culo VIII a.C. <\/strong>Diz-se que os mercadores gregos levaram esta receita para a Gr\u00e9cia. A\u00ed, aperfei\u00e7oaram a arte de fazer massa fina como bolacha.  <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As ra\u00edzes da baklava tamb\u00e9m podem ser encontradas nos <strong>povos n\u00f3madas turcos da \u00c1sia Central <\/strong>. Estes povos colocavam bolos de massa fina, conhecidos como yufka, uns em cima dos outros &#8211; uma pr\u00e1tica que poder\u00e1 ter-se espalhado mais tarde pela Anat\u00f3lia e pelo M\u00e9dio Oriente. Por isso, parece-se muito com a baklava que conhecemos hoje.  <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A primeira receita <strong>existia na antiga<\/strong> <strong>Mesopot\u00e2mia<\/strong> (hoje: Iraque, Ir\u00e3o, S\u00edria, parte da Turquia). No <strong>Imp\u00e9rio Bizantino<\/strong> da antiguidade tardia, as receitas de baklava eram conhecidas como<strong>&#8220;Koptoplakous&#8221; <\/strong>. Isto significa algo como &#8220;bolo de fatias&#8221;. Era feita com v\u00e1rias camadas de massa fina, recheada com nozes e regada com mel. Assim, estamos a aproximar-nos das origens da baklava.    <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Baklava no Imp\u00e9rio Otomano:<\/strong> A forma mais conhecida de baklava, com massa filo fina e um recheio doce de nozes, foi provavelmente aperfei\u00e7oada <strong>no<\/strong> s\u00e9culo XVI <strong>no Pal\u00e1cio Topkap\u0131, em Istambul<\/strong>. A partir da\u00ed, a receita espalhou-se por diferentes regi\u00f5es, tendo cada cultura acrescentado o seu pr\u00f3prio sabor.
