Ingredients

  • 1,5 Kg Watermelon seedless or seedless
  • 10 g Mint
  • 1 - 2 TSP Rose water
  • 1 TBSP Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes

Zubereitung

  • Remove the skin from the watermelon and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  • Pluck off the mint leaves.
  • Puree all the ingredients (except the ice cream) in a blender or with a hand blender.
  • Fill glasses with ice and serve watermelon drink on ice.
