Heat milk in a large pot and dissolve sugar in it.
Add rice pudding and bring to a boil for approx. 3 - 5 minutes while stirring.
Turn the heat down to the lowest setting, add the rose water and leave the rice pudding to infuse for approx. 30 minutes with the lid closed. In between, stir again and again so that the rice pudding does not become lumpy.
Pour rice pudding into glasses or bowls and garnish with toppings of choice.
