Ingredients

  • 300 ml Water
  • 2 EL Mocha alternatively espresso with ground cardamom
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 200 ml Milk
  • Ice cubes for serving

Zubereitung

  • Bring water to the boil in a saucepan or mocha pot and stir in mocha
  • Let the mocha brew over medium heat until foam forms on the surface (but it should not boil).
  • Remove the mocha from the cooker, leave to cool and wait until the coffee grounds have settled. If you want clear mocha, you can also strain it through a kitchen towel or coffee filter.
  • To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the mocha into half of the glass and pour cold milk into the other half.
