Zubereitung
Bring water to the boil in a saucepan or mocha pot and stir in mocha
Let the mocha brew over medium heat until foam forms on the surface (but it should not boil).
Remove the mocha from the cooker, leave to cool and wait until the coffee grounds have settled. If you want clear mocha, you can also strain it through a kitchen towel or coffee filter.
To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the mocha into half of the glass and pour cold milk into the other half.
