Zubereitung
Bring the water to the boil and cool briefly to approx. 70°C.
Pour hot water over the mate tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Pour the tea through a sieve. Add lemon juice and pomegranate juice and stir.
Chill the pomegranate iced tea. Then serve with ice cubes and pomegranate seeds.
