Red cabbage

Zubereitung
Peel garlic and crush in a mortar or grate finely with a grater.
Whisk together garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mint, salt and pepper to make dressing.
Cut red cabbage into fine strips and mix with the dressing.
Let red cabbage salad stand for about 30 minutes. The more time you give it, the more aromatic it will be.
