Zubereitung
Syrup
Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
Simmer on medium heat for approx. 5 - 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
Semolina pudding
Heat the milk, sugar, cardamom and mahleb in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Then add the semolina while stirring and heat for approx. 3 - 5 minutes until the pudding throws small bubbles.
Divide the pudding between the dessert bowls and chill for approx. 15 minutes.
Cream
Mix all the ingredients together to make a velvety cream.
Layer and garnish the dessert
Spread the cream over the cooled semolina pudding.
Garnish with pistachios.
Drizzle with syrup.
