Ingredients

  • 60 g Almonds
  • 60 g Cashews
  • 60 g Pistachios
  • 170 g Oat flakes, crunchy
  • 70 g Sesame
  • 50 g Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)
  • 50 g Coconut flakes
  • 120 ml Honey
  • 50 ml Rapeseed oil (with butter flavor)
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TL Cardamom

Zubereitung

  • Preheat oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat.
  • Coarsely chop almonds, cashews and pistachios.
  • Mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes with salt and spices in a bowl.
  • Add honey and oil and mix well again.
  • Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove granola from oven, let cool completely on baking sheet and crumble very coarsely with hands.
  • Transfer granola to a sterile jar.
