Zubereitung
Preheat oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat.
Coarsely chop almonds, cashews and pistachios.
Mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes with salt and spices in a bowl.
Add honey and oil and mix well again.
Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove granola from oven, let cool completely on baking sheet and crumble very coarsely with hands.
Transfer granola to a sterile jar.
