Ingredients

  • 4 Lebanese flatbreads
  • Baba Ghanoush according to recipe
  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • 2 Tablespoon  Olive oil
  • 250 g Salmon fillet
  • 15 g Parsley
  • 4 teaspoon  Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying

Zubereitung

  • Prepare Baba Ghanoush according to recipe or use existing.
  • Wash cauliflower and divide into florets.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to about 165° C and deep fry cauliflower florets until golden brown.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry salmon in it for about 2 minutes on both sides. Then let it cool down.
  • Open pita, spread with baba ghanoush, top with fried cauliflower, shred salmon and spread on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon juice and wrap the salmon wrap.
