Ingredients

  • 100 g Granola
  • 500 g Yogurt (10%)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 TSP Sugar
  • 100 g mixed berries
  • 4 TBSP Honey
  • 2 Stalk mint

Zubereitung

  • Make granola yourself according to directions (or use store-bought) and store the rest in a storage jar or make a smaller batch.
  • For the sweet labneh, mix yogurt with salt and sugar, put in a straining cloth and hang out for at least 4 hours. 
  • Wash berries and cut in half or leave whole, as desired. Pluck mint leaves from the stems.
  • Garnish labneh with granola, berries, mint and honey and enjoy as a sweet breakfast or dessert.
