Labneh with granola and berries

Just the other day I finally made my own granola and found the perfect mix for me. I prefer to eat it actually like a muesli or with a few oatmeal more - I love oatmeal! But such a crunchy granola is also perfect to make a fresh dessert out of it or to refine it with it. Granola and labneh go extremely well together. Especially if you prepare Labneh in a sweet variant.

Creamy base & crispy fruity topping

I love this dessert not only because it's so darn delicious. I love it because it's also so incredibly easy to prepare. All you need for labneh with granola is just a lightly sweetened labneh that you spread creamy on a plate and granola of your choice (be sure to try my mix!) and some berries and some fruit.

I chose blackberries, pomegranate seeds and nectarine. If you can muster some, I highly recommend trying the recipe with mulberries as well. Delicious! Add some honey or agave syrup and your beautiful dessert is ready.

One more thing: Even though I keep saying dessert here, this combo also fits quite fantastically as a small, sweet breakfast.
