Bean puree - deliciously fresh and creamy

If you already like hummus, you'll love this bean puree! A creamy glory that already manages to put me solo with a piece of bread in supreme bliss. How can something so simple be so incredibly simple?

The creaminess of the white beans

For this recipe you need just three ingredients: White beans, lemon and some tahini. Normally, I would say, "With a little skill, you can make this into something amazing!" - But honestly, this bean puree is so incredibly easy to make that you could even make it in the morning after a long and sleepless night right after you get up without your morning dose of coffee.

We take the lemon completely with peel and juice. The cooked beans you need to drain before only briefly. Then you let some tahini flow over it and season everything with salt and pepper. Then finally the blender may dance fun. And that's it! So easy you make an absolutely delicious bean puree. Treat yourself to some pita bread, baguette or you can conjure up some delicious crostini. Enjoy your meal!
