Cheesecake Dessert – Filled Kadaifi Nests
Asmall, crispy cheesecake dessert is the perfect ending to a delicious dinner… or the beginning of a delightful brunch. Depending on whether you’re one of those people who take dessert as the last course as usual, or play it safe by devouring the best of the best first.
Cheesecake dessert instead of cheesecake
Cheesecake is probably one of the most delicious cakes in the world, especially the crispy and creamy Baklava Cheesecake. But the effort is sometimes just too much and such a piece of the favorite cake quite powerful. For this reason, the cream-filled Kadaifi nests are the ideal cheesecake dessert: they are small, super crispy, filled with aromatic cheesecake cream and then also topped with fresh raspberries and chopped pistachios. So a little bit of everything and thus an exciting interplay of textures and flavors.
A simple dessert recipe that impresses
The Kadaifi nests look so intricate and artistic that you might think the preparation is elaborate and you’d have to be highly talented to make them – don’t worry, the preparation of this cheesecake dessert is super simple.
You only need a muffin tin in which you can place the buttered Kaidaifi threads. Since the strings can break, place them gently in the cups. When they are crispy and cooled down, you can fill them with the quickly mixed cheesecake cream. A few fresh raspberries or fruit of your choice make a great topping. Chopped pistachios provide another splash of color along with the berries.
Sounds quite simple, doesn’t it ? Try them out right away ! Enjoy your meal.
